Quality OEM parts for fantastic prices
I've been very pleased with my purchases from PoolZoom. Sometimes you don't know what you will get from internet sites that have great prices but I can verify that everything I've received was brand new and was OEM, arriving in the OEM boxes. This last purchase was a new Jandy salt cell and it was installed shortly after arriving and everything worked perfect.

Sent me a defective light
Sent me a defective light. Paid money to have my local pool company out and install a defective product. Called pool zoom to warranty out the light and I was told they can not help me over the phone and that I need to email the company lol.

Long shipping time
Ordered the parts on a Wednesday and the site said it would arrive on Saturday. Was planning on using the weekend to make the repair to my pool equipment. Parts didn’t arrive until Wednesday which kept the pool un-repaired for a much longer period of time.
