They are they worst technology company I have ever dealt with. I signed on with them a week ago and have nothing but problems. I've lost customer service and faith because of Pop Menu. I have spent hours on the phone this week dealing with a myriad of problems they have caused. Save your business. Stay away!!!!!
My birthday is next week.
I've gotten emails from at least 10 businesses that use popmenu wishing me a happy birthday with zero offers or treats.
This has merely meant that businesses have filled my inbox with garbage, irritated me, and made me contemplate unsubscribing rather than make me think "I should go there for my birthday treat!'.
Each business has trusted Popmenu to make clients MORE happy with them and want to go there, but I suspect that has not been the result.
None of them imagines when they sign up that Popmenu will then fill the poor birthday victims inbox with crap so that they'll miss the birthday greetings and treats they're hoping for.
Popmenu's dump has certainly not been an enhancement to this frequent diner's birthday week.
This company is a joke! They took our money and did nothing! I suffered a loss and canceled the contract, but unfortunately, they keep taking our money as if we are renewing an annual contract! Their salesperson(s) could be trained to lie just to earn immediate money by signing a contract. Stay away from this unethical company!
This company is a great idea but falls short on so many levels. They are VERY EXPENSIVE compared to their competitors. They promise an easy AI driven advertising package that's is supposed to do most of the work for you. BEWARE! You will still be doing the same amount of work. Their software gives you scheduled generic ads that you have to basically redo the whole thing for every post or ad.
When you decide to go a different route make sure you dont let them know ahead of time. They will just up and drop you and your website that you spent over $2,000 to have them develope. Then they change settings to where you have zero access to anything. I am absolutely sick over my dealings with this company and regret having been gullible enough to fall for their very high-pressure sales pitch. Trust me..... just dont. BtW. They charge your customers $1 for every order and raked in and additional $50,000 on top of my $500 monthly fee.
The product failed completely to achieve the SEO that was promised. As soon as we signed up and launched the service and communication stopped. Very disappointed.
They kept everything simple, sufficient and explained every detailed in the simplest form.
Popmenu met all of my expectations and more. The support was amazing and efficient. They were able yo walk me through every step in it's simplest form.
It lasted us for a few years, but it overall just feels too expensive for such a cookie-cutter template that thousands of other stores also use. I just switched to Corvus and save more by owning the website and the domain and can directly sell the same items WITHOUT Popmenu trying to up-charge me(just to sell our stuff online). It's already $150/mo!!! Why can't I sell our stuff online for $150/mo???
HOWEVER, I will say this is a good start for new users who don't know who to contact, what to ask for, and so on. Popmenu is good about making it easy in most senses and that helps a lot to streamline the process. However, that ease comes at the cost of originality, affordability, and customizability.
This was a wonderful experience for my family the pastries were delicious.
The platform works great and the popmenu team is very communicative.

The Popmenu team are great to work with. The website is easy to use. They set up the posts for me and they look great. They are always happy to help with promotional ideas to drive people into eat as well as online.

These guys are terrible, do not recommend!!!!
We have had a tablet issue for 6 months, endlessly emailing since that is the only form of communication with zero response. Folks order online and the tablet is silent, they show up and the whole concept of easy ordering online is instead an angry customer because their time is wasted. The website is "okay" nothing spectacular.

Somehow this company received my information. I DID NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SLEEZY COMPANY just stole my information and now I am unable to sign in to the restaurant I want 😤 SO HOW DID YOU GET MY INFORMATION?????
