Very good and rapid service. Only disappointment is that they don't provide a collection service - I live near to their premises and could easily have made a collection and saved on delivery.

Would be 5 stars and I understand the complexities of the card companies not allowing payment, however that just makes things slightly awkward as a consumer . Otherwise 5 stars all day.

Never received items. Tracking says it shipped but a week later and nothing received.

I have purchased from them on several occasions and like many other customers, I was a little concerned about the payment card refusal. The follow up email and instructions for bank transfer payment again can cause a red flag. If the company knowingly is aware that credit/debit cards won't be accepted, then perhaps they shouldn't be listed as a payment method in the first place. With the little rant over and all that said, the follow up communications and delivery/packaging have always been good. They have a well priced, extensive and mind blowing choice, (pun intended). Based on my experience over several orders, they are a professional and trustworthy company.

You order one thing and they send you something else, then, when querying it they try and convince you that it’s the same product just different packaging. They don’t know what they’re selling.
