AVOID poppy and peonies
Stitching on commuter backpack unravelled within 90 days of use and company won't repair. Basically, received what appears to be an AI generated response stating they can't know how item is being used so aren't responsible however can offer discount on a future purchase. No way would I recommend poppy and peonies nor purchase again from a company that doesn't stand by their product
Exchange/returns are difficult, return costs more than the bag.
The handbag arrived, but I thought I would exchange it for another (darker color). So I went to their website and tried to get a return label. It was very confusing. When I selected my order (the one I wanted to exchange), I could not get to the color of the bag I wanted, because their site told me I was exchanging my bag for the same exact color). I tried doing their online chat and they emailed the link I had already tried 5 times with. They did give me the return address; however, the cost of returning it by USPS was $38 and by UPS was $254. I will never buy from them again because of the poor customer service.
Arrived quickly, as expected
My bag arrived 8 days after I ordered it via USPS. It came and is exactly what I expected, well packaged. The only thing they could have done better would be to ship the bag stuffed to avoid making a small crease, but it is bound to happen using the bag unless it's always hung up and it will get less noticeable with use. I can't speak to the customer service or the durability yet.
I love all the organization pockets and being able to put my tumbler in the bag, rather than in a side pocket. Very excited to have a bag I can fit everything I need for work.

I like my Laptop bag, Couleur and Fabrik is fine as expected from a non leather bag for under 100€. BUT the coustomer service is bad or better non exsiting. No Feedback after over a month. I had to pay taxes at the delivery (Inter. shipping) as of a 1/3 of the price of the bag. Thought this was a mistake as it was not mentioned by placing the order. I never received the order although a USPS label has been created months ago. I emailed them several times and never heard back. Very disappointing!
HORRIBLE customer service and NO BAG
I purchased a bag over a month ago and have not recieved it nor heard back from customer service after emailing over 5 times to find out the status. They immediately took the money out, of course, but I have not received it yet. Seems a bit scammish to me. I will not recommend or buy from them again.
Commuter backpack fell apart after 6 months
I bought the commuter backpack a few months ago and have carried only light items in it. The stitching came undone and the whole bottom is falling out. What a rip-off. I’m going to end up just throwing it away because it’s unusable.
P&P offered a 25% discount, but I wouldn’t buy from them again. (This is after the strap broke in the first two weeks. They did replace that, but it tells you how poorly their products are made).

I give them a 1 star for using the worst delivery service on the face of the planet. It's s a well know joke - Canada Post. I had to pay for delivery and Canada Post was the only selection. I should be able to pick and pay for a reputable delivery service that will deliver on time and not provide excuses. My order was picked up last week and for days has show it will be delivered today between 9am and 1pm. It is now 9:30pm and no delivery, but it's still says today from 9am to 1pm. I contacted Canada Post, which is a joke, and got, we don't guarantee anything and we have no idea when you'll get the item. This was my first and last purchase until you stop using the worst delivery service on the planet. There is a reason they are about a billion dollars in debt, and this is well known and documented all over Canada. Someone at your company needs to make better decisions. Now that I see the other horrible reviews of your company I can see picking Canada Post was just another dumb idea by whoever is in charge. Worst service ever!
Very disappointed with both the quality…
Very disappointed with both the quality and customer service. The Poppy & Peonies purse I received fell apart after very minimal use. I contacted customer service and provided photos, but they were dismissive and offered no real solution. For the price and reputation of this brand, I expected much better quality and support.
HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
I recently made a purchase from Poppy and Peonies. When I received the item, I realized it was not as I expected. They deducted the 15% discount that was applied, and I was not able to print the return address for shipping. The return process was not user friendly. I attempted to find the return that I started, and was not able to. I then sent an email, and to this day, have not received a response. There’s no such thing as ‘Customer Service’ at Poppy & Peonies. This was my first time making a purchase from this company, and I will never do it again. I take full responsibility for this mistake. I should’ve read the reviews prior to purchasing. I am stuck with a product that I am not happy with, as the cost for returning it, is a third of the the initial price.

I just purchase a black crossbody…
I just purchase a black crossbody purse. I bought it because I liked that it had a wallet built into it. The material is hard and feels very cheap. It is way too wide/thick/ bulky for my liking. It took a long time for me to receive it. I'm just not happy at all with it. I'm not saying it's a company to not buy from. This is just my feelings. I wish I could send it back.
Customer Service and Return models suck
Their customer service and return models need so much work. I ordered the commuter bag, but less than 20 hours later they released the detour bag that suited my needs much better. They were the exact same price, so I tried to contact them before the order finished processing to swap styles and.... nothing. You get an automated email saying they received your request, then another that highlights in bold: WE CANNOT CANCEL, EDIT, or UPDATE YOUR ORDER ONCE PLACED. To top things off, the customer is responsible for return costs. The bag I ordered was on pre-order so it wouldn't even ship for another 10 days. So I had to wait for that to ship just to start a return process. You're left totally on your own to ship - not just the cost, but to get your own packaging and label. If you're not exchanging, there's a 15% restocking fee on top of it. I never received a response email and its been over two weeks. I even DM'd them from 2 different platforms. Both had responses asking for the order number which was provided, but still never got a response after that.
There's such a hole in the market for mid-priced functional work bags that you'd think a company like this would step it up in quality and service to take advantage. Its really a bummer, until they overhaul their customer service and return model, I won't order from them again and I'll warn my friends not to either.

Customer service and Quality of items are very disappointing. I ordered a purse and wallet which both came damaged. The purse had loose stitching that overtime would break apart. The wallet I got in cream color had very dark dye inside the money slit and looked damaged and ugly with the discoloration. I have sent emails to talk to a service associate in which I am still waiting for a reply… its very bad service and not impressed with the quality.
Avoid this company
I purchased a bag during Black Friday for Christmas. After less than 2 months of use, the bag started falling apart, and Customer Service was of no help, saying they wouldn't assist outside their 90-day Warranty.
The Customer Support also took 2 weeks to respond, and their response was very clearly a template. Avoid this company at all costs as they clearly don't care for their Customers or back their products.
Disappointing
The hardware on the bag I ordered is COMPLETELY different from what is shown online. It's shiny, very cheap, bright yellow gold-looking. No response from their customer service. The bag is not well-made and is not holding its shape at all. I am so disappointed.
Poor (Non-Existent) Customer Service for Mfg. Defect
Bought their "Multitasker" Bag in September 2025. Used it for four business trips between October 2025 and February 2026. In short: light use. The stitching on the back, zippered luggage sleeve has become unraveled, which seems to be a simple manufacturing defect.
I reached out in early March soon after discovering this (as I was preparing for another trip) and here's how it went.
1. Emailed their customer service with photos and a detailed explanation, asked for an exchange.
2. Two days went by and I heard nothing. Then in the morning on the third day, I received a "How'd we do?" customer service survey email. I double checked my spam and all that to make sure I didn't miss a reply to my complaint — no email there. Upset, I began filling out their customer review form and was in the middle of giving them a poor score when I received their response.
3. Their response was a rather confusingly worded AI response that did not address my issue in any way; rather, it was all about how to return an item, how the return period is only 30 days, and all tags must still be on the bag. And, you're responsible for the shipping.
4. I replied to this email saying there was a mistake, that I wasn't asking for a return, I just wanted an exchange for a simple manufacturer's defect.
5. Nothing happens for a day, so I finish filling out their "How'd we do?" email with the poor score they seem to want to get.
6. I will continue to reach out to them, losing time and money while doing so, and will be happy to adjust this TrustPilot score once they've resolved my issue.
Horrible customer service
I ordered from Belgium. I knew I was supposed to pay duty costs, I was fine with this.
However, they sent my order in two separate packages. Great, now I’m paying duty twice.
The biggest order hasn’t arrived yet and the package hasn’t moved since February 18th. I contacted both Canada Post and bpost and both told me to take it up with the sender to start an investigation.
I did, and now it’s been six days since my first inquiry. I haven’t had any response from a real person yet and my package has been missing for almost a month. I think it’s safe to say I won’t receive it.
Don’t order from here!
Seems I am not the only one. Ordered February 18. It’s March 11 and still nothing. They responded to one email and basically said they were busy. Now the order has been sitting in KY for three days. Who sends a $300 order via usps? I am disappointed. I am probably returning when it does arrive. Just because I am annoyed. Don’t do it.

I placed quite a big order (over 425$) on February 18. They withdrew the money on February 19. I have received ONE out of eight items. I have contacted "costumer service" several times. Two times they answered half of my questions with useless standardized answers. One time they didn't reply at all. The fourth I sent yesterday, so I still hope for an answer to that one.
It seems like they sent the last package on March 3, but according to the tracking, it is being returned to sender due to insufficient postage (I have paid for shipping, so the mistake is on the warehouse). There has been no update on my order or the package or shipping since March 4.
I was SO excited when I ordered, but now the whole thing is just draining and disappointing. I still hope to receive the items, but their costumer service in non-existing.
