już miesiąc czekam na przesyłkę która do mnie nie dotarła, zero odzewu od sprzedawcy, pomimo zapytania meilowego

Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie! Zapłaciłem za produkt, ale nigdy go nie otrzymałem. Zero kontaktu ze sprzedawcą, brak odpowiedzi na maile i wiadomości. Oszustwo – sklep kompletnie niepoważny i niegodny zaufania. Uważajcie, żeby nie stracić pieniędzy jak ja.

I strongly advise against buying from this store! I paid for my order but never received the product. No contact from the seller, no replies to emails or messages. Its a scam – completely unprofessional and untrustworthy store. Be careful not to lose your money like I did.

I ordered a few figures from their site and after i think 2 months i still have no reply
(i wrote them an email) and no information
about my order

We are waiting for our toy 3 weeks and no reply on e-mail from this company. We are so confused and we don’t know when the package will come to us. On the website they told that package come 5-7 days after order.

Order placed and paid for in August 2023, but was never shipped.

they were supposed to send my package on april 7th, but they didnt. Arent replying to any emails. If they dont send it by monday, ill take legal action.

1 item besteld en meteen een mail gehad dat het item niet op voorraad was en deze nog "niet" is terugbetaald.

Verder is de contactpagina een error 404 pagina en op facebook staat het ook al vol negatieve reviews.

We gaan deze website laten nakijken doorn de FOD overheid instanties als we ons geld niet terugkrijgen.

Oggetto acquistato per il compleanno di mio figlio il 16 settembre, ordine annullato senza mai aver ricevuto altre comunicazioni il 28. Non rispondono alle email, nessun rispetto per i propri clienti. Risultato niente regalo... NON ACQUISTATE da questa gente. PESSIMI

Bonjour, j’ai commander un produit chez vous début septembre et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Je vous est envoyer un mail et vous ne m’avez pas répondu. Pourriez vous me répondre assez rapidement pour qu’on trouve une solution.

Artikel besteld, volledig betaald.
Krijg netjes een bevestiging van bestelling en de vermelding dat het tussen 7 en 10 dagen verstuurd gaat worden.
10 dagen lang niets vernomen.
Als je dan gaat mailen naar alle beschikbare e-mail adressen, krijg je steeds e-mails van de e-mail server dat de e-mails niet aankomen en dat de adressen niet beschikbaar zijn. Chatten via Facebook wordt ook niet op gereageerd. Deze man is bezig veel mensen geld afhandig te maken en helaas zijn wij er ook in getrapt en je kunt naar je bestelling en je geld fluiten. Poptoys.it heeft zijn site in heel veel landen en in allerlei talen, dus tel uit zijn winst.

ho acquistato un oggetto, e dopo quasi un mese di silenzi mi hanno annullato l'ordine perchè non era disponibile: va bene il periodo di ferie e che probabilmente l'oggetto gli doveva arrivare da qualche fornitore, ma la tempistica è eccessiva.
Confermo poi che è impossibile interloquire con loro, la casella mail che forniscono non è presidiata

They are the absolute worst they give you the runaround they lied to you about one shipment is coming. They don’t care at all. They just only want your money. I ordered my case almost 2 weeks ago and it said on their website it takes 5 to 7 business days 10 the most, I contacted them asking what is going on they lied to me and told me that their website said three weeks of ship out what that’s a HUGE LIE because it never said that I am going to take legal actions because I find this incredibly wrong. They don’t care. They only want your money and they give you the runaround they are the worst, I am spread the word for people not to deal with this company because they are a scam. It’s ridiculous how they do business. I hope this place gets shut down because Customer Service is the worst. They lie to you. They don’t care and give you the runaround. I already talked to my attorney and like I mentioned, I’m taking legal actions and not just for me but for other people too as well please guys do yourself a favor and never order from this company. They are a joke!!!!

I was begging them for weeks to ship my package, they didn't respond to my emails. After 3 weeks they finally shipped my package, but one item I paid for was missing. And again, they never responded to multiple emails I sent them about the item. Communication with this store is 0/10. They lost a loyal customer
