Started as The Slide via Kickstarter. Nobody got their screens. People have been waiting for years. No refunds nothing.
Do not ever buy from Portabl or any of its subsites. There are loads.
ohw and the automated response (which they've been using for years) only adds to the experience: Major scam!

Malheureuse expérience...
Je ne laisse que rarement des commentaires sur un site . Mais à ceux qui se renseignent sur le produit ou sur l'entreprise avant leur(s) achat(s). Mon conseil ne tenter pas l'aventure. Voilà maintenant prés d'un an et demi (juillet 2022) que chaque semaine j'essai d'avoir une date de livraison ou des informations concrète. Et toujours la même réponse du SAV qui demande gentiment de prendre patiente. Avec une excuse bien ficeler, il faut attendre le prochain arrivage (parce qu'il n'en reçoivent pas assez pour combler les commandes). Et donc a force d'attendre, j'ai fini par abandonner tout espoir. J'ai donc demander un remboursement mais voila. Absolument aucun remboursement n'a été fait dans les délais légaux prévu par la loi et toujours rien a l'heure actuelle. Comme toute réponse à la questions de pourquoi rien n'a été rembourser je vous le met dans le mille. Il y a trop de demande de remboursement et il faudra attendre son tour. Comme vous l'aurez compris ceci est une arnaque et jamais vous n'aurez ni votre produit ni ne reverrez jamais votre argent. J'espère juste que mon histoire fera réfléchir et pourquoi pas empêcher quelqu'un de vivre cette enfer psychologique. Ne vous laissez pas berner par le message complaisant qui tend a rassurer sur l'intégrité et la sincérité de l'entreprise.

Leider muss ich mich anschließen, Im Februar 2023 bestellt, nach knapp 10 Monaten Bestellung gecancelt und seitdem ebenfalls nur Hinhaltemails ohne jegliche Aussicht auf Erfolg, geschweige denn einen tatsächlichen Refund.
Habe 550€ bezahlt, das kann man definitiv sinnvoller anlegen! :')

I purchased through this company in Jan 2023. Item still not received and constant excuses why my €429 order has still not been refunded. I’m now having to dispute the transaction. The company posts the same excuses blaming Covid etc Nothing but a sham company

How they have not been closed down and are still advertising is beyond me! Do not buy from these scammers. Making up stories of supply shortages still affecting them. What nonsense!

Just like many, I ordered and paid on the 29/11/2021 (2years) and to date, i'm still waiting for a refund. excuses and excuses... People that ordered Tesla's have received their order, people that bought PS5 have received their order so please stop using the pandemic and war as excuse. Many have lost their lives and you are using pandemic and war to scam people and make money ? SERIOUSLY. I have screenshots of all my online chats with their support team. always excuses. Después de más de mas de un año primero de dieron largas para decirme que tenían rotura de stock y cuando les pido el reintegro de mi dinero llevan 7 meses para hacerlo. Con toda la cara dura me dicen que solamente tienen 2 personas en el departamento de administración.

À Éviter Absolument : Portabl, un Exemple de Malhonnêteté
Mon parcours avec Portabl, débuté le 3 septembre 2022, reste une expérience douloureuse et consternante. Après avoir passé commande et n'ayant pas reçu les produits, j'ai demandé un remboursement. Au lieu de cela, j'ai été confronté à un enchaînement de promesses non tenues et de déceptions. La société a joué avec ma patience, promettant un remboursement qui n'est jamais venu.
Face à leur incapacité à rembourser, j'ai exigé l'envoi des produits, pour me voir répondre qu'il faudrait attendre encore deux mois pour une "nouvelle production". Le comble est que Portabl continue de vendre sur Amazon avec des délais de livraison bien plus courts. Cette contradiction n'est pas seulement frustrante, elle soulève des questions sérieuses sur leur intégrité et leur honnêteté.
En décembre 2023, cette douloureuse expérience est toujours en cours, sans aucune résolution en vue. Les agissements de Portabl sont un cas d'école de pratiques commerciales trompeuses et déloyales. Je déconseille fortement toute interaction avec cette entreprise et suggère de se tourner vers des options plus respectueuses et fiables. Leur manque de professionnalisme et de respect pour les clients est flagrant et inexcusable.
