I am super stoked with my account manager Nicole Henderson! She is always very attentive to my question, concerns, and my invoices. She understands the importance of running a business and having the capital available in order to do so. The customer support we receive from their Account Executive, Cash Processing Manager, and Portfolio Manager is top-notch and exceptional. Granted other positions within their Company are wonderful to work with but those three ladies are above and beyond, outstanding, supportive, and helpful to work with. Weekly uploading of the schedules or factoring through their portal is easy and user-friendly. Reports are readily available via the portal as well. Having been with Porter Capital Corp since 03/2021, they have helped us grow and work through difficult and turbulent times.
