I ordered a Vidalux Fusion 1200 x 900 Hydro Shower Cabin, and it was delivered promptly. It's an excellent shower unit, with 6 hydro massage jets, a monsoon overhead shower and a hand-held shower. You can switch between each of these types of showers, and I use the monsoon shower the most, as you can get showered really quickly, as it completely drenches you in a powerful, hot, monsoon-like shower. The shower water is heated by the gas boiler, so it is cheaper to run than an electric shower. It took several hours to assemble, but once assembled, it was ready to use. It's a standalone shower with tough glass sides, so I didn't have to do any tiling in the bathroom where it is located, which saved me the cost of tiling. It has saved me a lot of time and money, so I definitely made the right choice.

Heavy, sturdy, and beautifully finished. The drawers slide smoothly and there's plenty of storage space.

The shower panel works flawlessly. Strong water flow, easy controls, and it instantly made our bathroom feel upgraded.

Prompt next day delivery. However, it was a new version of the valve which required some adaptation to fit our shower which was not quite 4 years old!!

The bench turns out surprisingly sturdy even though it stays lightweight. You can move it around the garden easily, and it proves very comfortable for sitting.

This unit packs in so many great features all at once. The steam works perfectly, the lighting is just right, and the water flow comes through smoothly. It turns every day into a real luxury experience.

Lots of problems on delivery of order of my Vidalux 1000 pure shower cabin. Damage to parts and poor finish on shelf. On completion of building the shower found the unit had a faulty thermostatic cartridge. BUT must say the company were brilliant at replacing parts quickly and speedily and couldn’t have been more obliging.

Item never arrived, no response in over 6 days

Posh have been terrific at communicating throughout and after our Vidalux Sauna purchase. Quick to respond and have been super friendly and eager to help when I have questions beyond their knowledge and have asked the manufacturer for me too.
I particularly like their spare parts section of the website making them sensible and not wasteful - encouraging persons to buy spares and fix.
