My experience was totally seamless, the sales staff are very informative, friendly and helpful.

Bought Vidalux sauna. The build quality is poor. The floor seemed weak and broke when I stood on it.seat not tight fit. The Uk plug doesn’t fit through the top cover unless it is cut. Instructions poor. No mention of door handles or trim fixing or ioniser. Good support when asked for. Delivery very poor. Expectation that two people wait for up to 10 hours for delivery. No time given. I would have paid a premium just to be given a delivery window. You are then given 20 minutes to identify any damage. Frantically stripping down package as warnings of no cover or claim if you haven’t noticed. Two full size very heavy pallets left at my house that I had to dispose of. Delivery driver said you paid so they are yours despite me clearly not wanting them. The sauna is attractive and seems to work but the delivery and installation process are very poor.

Beautiful planters that make my herbs look Instagram-worthy! Only giving 4 stars because the pre-drilled holes didn't quite line up during assembly. Once together though, they're weathering beautifully.

Rolls smoothly between kitchen and garden for parties! The black powder-coated finish wipes clean easily, and the glass shelves are turdy enough for all my serving dishes and bottles.

Great from start to finish

Great customer service from Posh with prompt answers to my queries and questions. Product is great and fairly easy to assemble. Although it says no silicone required the instructions do recommend using it. Really pleased.

Fast delivery of ordered item, I was forced to pay for item using PayPal and wasn't happy about it, but being fair they do need at least 4 stars for rapid delivery

We bought a 3 Persons sauna from Posh.It arrived well packaged,On Time. Slight damage nothing major.this was quickly sorted out. Jay was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.The Sauna is Very Easy to assemble took around 30/40 minutes.The heat is well distributed we could feel the muscles relaxing within seconds.We are feeling so much better already.Sauna looks amazing.Well Made.Would definitely use Posh again, highly recommend them.Great Company 😁

Battling seasonal blues? This sauna saved my winter! The gentle heat lifts my mood while easing muscle tension. Fits perfectly in my spare room and uses less electricity than I expected. Assembly took about 90 minutes with help.

Upgraded my garden with this stunning lounger and it's worth every penny! The woven rattan looks luxurious and the thick cushion is waterproof yet comfy. Even left out in rain, it dries quickly without mildew. My new favorite spot for summer reading!

Great infra red sauna being full spectrum and very easy to self assemble the only niggle we have is that the control for turning down the infra red heaters behind you doesn't turn down the one behind your feet so that can get a bit too hot if your not expecting it otherwise it's great.
Great delivery with loads of updates and well packed and secured too.
