Ordered a radiator paid for it and they cancelled just before delivery then put their price up on the website by a thousand pounds . They advertised a price and they should have to sell me it under my consumer rights

Thank you for your comments. However, your review does not accurately reflect the legal position. Under English law, a price displayed on a website does not automatically create a binding obligation to sell. Orders are only binding once accepted in accordance with the retailer’s terms and conditions.

In this case, the order was cancelled after a genuine pricing error was identified, and a full refund was issued. The later correction of the website price does not create a legal right to insist on supply at the incorrect price.

While we regret any disappointment caused, we do not accept the suggestion that the order was cancelled unlawfully or in breach of consumer rights.

Great company - Highly recommend

Ordered from POSH RADS recently and dealt with John, there was a small issue with my order but they contacted me immediately and put it right. Received my 3 new radiators a few days later in good condition.

Highly Recommend.

Stolen £555

Paid £555 for 3 radiators on 4th July. No order confirmation yet, no sign of delivery. Called twice and assured it was all in hand but now there is no reply. Strange as ordered from them a few months ago and the goods arrived and worked fine.

Great quality bathroom rad

Found a nice bathroom rad on this site and matching valves. Easy to deal with, and received quickly. Very pleased with the quality and looks great. Not installed yet, so can't comment further, but can't imagine there'll be any problems. Would recommend.

Ordered a towel rail in a specific…

Ordered a towel rail in a specific arrangement from Poshrads.
Upon attempted installation by plumber it was discovered the wrong towel rail was supplied (put down to miscommunication)
Was told at the end of June the item could be returned and correct one supplied (after multiple phone calls and emails).
Now getting to the end of November and still no resolution to the issue, no reply to messages, phone calls etc
Has left us with no choice but to pursue via ombudsman/ legal action

Theives! They will steal your money!

How can this be allowed?? They accept orders and take your money but then you'll never hear off them again.

Bet the fat guy pictured on the emails is laughing at us all from his beach resort while he spends our money and continues robbing people!

Absolutely pathetic customer service!! Looks like these guys have no interest in doing business! Called them multiple times to place an order for 5 radiators, they never answer the phone nor call back! Does not look like an authentic company. AVOID!

We've been robbed.

I paid £700 for 2 radiators that have not arrived. I cannot get any response from the company by email or phone. I have requested a full refund but no response.. Isn't this called 'stealing'....?

No delivery! No contact!

Unfortunately, we have had the same experience as others.
No purchase delivery.
No response to phone, mail contacts.
Sadly, we needed our purchase as we are renovating our bathroom for our disabled snd visually impaired son, whom was really excited to be getting a modern bathroom to accommodate his needs.
We feel the company founder, who seems to have buried his head in the sand, should own up and duly do the right thing and REFUND with an APOLOGY for not completing the orders of all customers for whom he is not fulfilling his side of the sale.

We are proceeding with our financial service to reclaim our transaction.

We do have the founder’s home address, so we will be forwarding that to trading standards and our financial services provider for investigation.

Negative experience

UPDATE: The merchant has now apologised and issued a full refund.

Unfortunately we’ve had the same negative experience as others - we’d seen the reviews, but this was the only website that had what we wanted in stock. Turns out they didn’t and wouldn’t be getting more. After unanswered emails and being put off with promises of being called back ‘within four hours’ - and confusingly in the mix, a couple of helpful emails from Robbie explaining the stock issue and lack of alternatives - I have now initiated a dispute with our bank and reported this company to Trading Standards.

It has been a few days short of one month since we ordered what was advertised as next-day delivery.

Don't buy from this company.

Placed an order with this company on the 23rd September and every time you call your put through to a random call centre who know nothing about the company and promise someone will phone back, still waiting, received a email from Robbie blaming the postal strike just an excuse, so today i drove over to the showroom only to find out the building has been reposed and closed down, So be very careful dealing with this company or better still buy from a reputable supplier.

Terrible customer service

Ordered a radiator and matching valves in Oct 2021. Radiator turned up a few months later, but never received the matching valves so had to get another radiator. Trying to get it returned has taken months and countless chaser phone calls and emails. Finally got my refund after nearly 6 months - but they deducted a collection fee of £25!

Terrible terrible service - would avoid at all costs!

I can see a lot of 5 star reviews on their site unfortunately mine is not one of them. Customer service is worse than awful
The wrong item was sent and although I reported this the same day it was delivered I am still chasing a refund 7 weeks on. I'm told the item is not available but its still advertised on their site?
I've been offered to keep the wrong part I can't use or in a colour that is not suitable. I want a refund
If you have a choice I'd go elsewhere in case of issues

I have installed this product and the…

I have installed this product and the item is faulty. The radiator leaks all inside the bathroom and I have had 2 different plumber out to try and fix the issue and both of them have stated the radiator value is faulty. I have report this issue with the manufacturer and the retailer but nothing has been done about it. I have asked for a replacement valves to fix the issues but now I need this item collected for a refund as it has a 8 year warranty on the product which the manufacturer is not honouring.

This is the same reply to your google review: As a business owner I believe this is unfair and not completely factual representation of our company upon reporting the issue you was asked to provide images and details of the issue in good time this was presented to the service team with an official response.

Hi,

The problem is that the customer does not see, the difference between the leaking from the radiator and the leaking from the bad sealed connection.
I must refuse the claim because I don’t see the leak from the radiator or from the valve. Bad sealed connection is not under warranty term. We could not take the responsibility for the mounting.

We aim to provide a satisfactory sales and aftersales we will approach the manufacturer on your behalf if it exceeds our terms and goes to warranty. We standby our suppliers and manufacturers and they always give an honest and structured response We offered to send out a replacement twin set of valves to give a try this was after the warranty result this would be a gesture from ourselves,

upon initial purchase a year ago valves was misplaced and we quickly resolved that you have also spray painted the whole products yourself which is further void on warranty so i believe the offer of sending parts out to try from us is fair enough.

We are not perfect but we are fair sorry we haven't been able to resolve this on this occasion for you

Fast delivery, great product

Purchased a raditor from Robbie and the delivery time was excellent, very quick and efficient and the product is excellent and well priced.
