I am editing my review. I have now received the postbox and it is awesome. I would give five stars, however, as noted before my experience was frustrating.
Several issues contributed to this experience:
1. The website allowed me to order mailbox numbers without asking me to specify the color or font, creating confusion from the start.
2. A FedEx shipping label was created, giving the impression that my order had shipped, but FedEx never actually received the package.
3. The company was very responsive. However, in multiple email exchanges, I was given promised shipping dates that came and went without the product being shipped.
4. The company shipped the mailbox post separately, but I was still waiting for the mailbox itself. This left me in a difficult position because if I decided to cancel the order, I would have been stuck with a large post that would need to be returned.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that I continued to receive multiple marketing emails each week while my order remained unfulfilled.
I hope the company improves its order fulfillment process so future customers have a better experience. The mailboxes, however, are gorgeous and worth the wait!

UPDATE: I finally received my order today and it was incorrect. This has been a horrible experience. I really wanted to update my review even though communication has been nonexistent. I understand this is a small business and they’re busier than expected. I’m all about giving second chances, but now I have to wait and hope I get the correct address numbers and it doesn’t take another month.
I placed an order on May 3rd and it hasn’t even shipped. The customer service is atrocious. I’ve gotten ZERO communication or update on my order. I received an email asking me to write a review on my order that hasn’t even shipped. The lack of customer service will negatively impact the success of this company. I had planned on order multiple other items, but I will give my business to a company that cares about the customer experience.

I am beyond frustrated with this company! I placed an order in the first week of April and have received only a tiny portion of my order (which was hundreds of dollars). As others have said, there has been ZERO proactive communication letting me know of delays. I am receiving emails asking me to review products before they have even shipped. I completely understand delays are a thing-- but let your customers know!!! It's no way to build a brand or a company.

In the end, 5 stars, for the quality of the product and how they eventually handled my complaints about delivery time.
I purchased the large Malone with the wood look front. After receiving it I can state that this is a high quality and well made mailbox. It's sturdy and looks great. With several options available for a nice looking, contemporary mailbox, I'm glad I selected Post & Porch.
My gut feeling is that this company is having a little trouble keeping up with demand, therefore the less than favorable reviews. It's important to realize that most small companies don't have the infrastructure and delivery mechanism of an Amazon, and we get jaded into wanting what we order fast, regardless.
I had sent several emails asking about my order and wasn't receiving any response until Sam contacted me, apologized, and let me know my order would be shipping soon. Which it did. He was sincere and explained how busy they were and that keeping up with demand was a challenge. I'm confident that they'll get this sorted out in short order.
In the meantime I felt they deserved the 5 star review for the reasons I initially gave. It has been well worth it in the end to have had the patience with, and trust in, this company.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sam at Post & Porch! Sam and all of the other team members that I have interacted with have always been very prompt and professional in addressing my questions. I personally recommend the Dual Access Post-Mounted Mailbox.
The team is great and delivers a high quality product. Couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Post & Porch!

I wish I'd read reviews here before ordering from Post and Porch. We ordered a mailbox and post, and have been waiting for over a month, without meaningful updates from their slow customer support.

We waited weeks for our order. They did send the post, but no mailbox. After several unanswered emails, I had to file a credit card dispute. This seems to be a very high end product, but a lousy company.
So far a big goose egg-it’s been over a month and no mail box. I did receive a damaged post that I had to email multiple times for a return and replacement. The tracking showed waiting on the carrier to pick for over a month. I wish that I had seen the honest terrible reviews before purchasing. Allegedly the mailbox and post are supposed to be delivered this week. I’m doubtful since I have lost all faith in them. Customer service is the most ridiculous I have ever experienced. Customers shouldn’t have to send twelve emails begging for their mailbox. Take a few minutes to read the poor reviews it will save you from making a mistake and ordering from them. UPDATE I received the mailbox with scratches and the flag is NOT red colored like their website indicates. My biggest complaint is that the post that I originally received was a high quality heavy steel-the post I received as the replacement today is flimsy low quality and-I have concerns it will even hold up the heavy mailbox. The weight difference is extreme. I feel that I have been a victim of a bait and switch. I’ve emailed them but from other reviews I doubt they respond. I made a review on post and porch web site but received an email that it didn’t meet their criteria to be published. I doubt any honest negative experience ever get published internally by them.
These are very high quality and will make your house stand out from your neighbors. The company is very responsive and helpful. Buy from them rather than all the imitations and you will not be disappointed.

Placed an order for mailbox and post. Received an email saying they had no posts in stock and it would take a minimum of 3 weeks. They were still advertising the posts for sale like they were in stock. This didn't sit right with me.
So I let them know my feelings about hyper advertising items (we've all seen the countless P&P ads) for sale that weren't available.
Surprisingly, they updated the website to reflect delays/shipping times.
While I do not have the post yet, I do have the mailbox portion. I was really surprised to see how heavy it was. It feels SUPER solid. It reminds me of SlipFence (made in Canada) material. I know Post and Porch isn't made in USA (its assembled in USA), it definitely feels like it is. The quality is there so I am interested to see how it ages.
It remains uninstalled as I wait for the post. I also can't comment on weathering and wear. This is solely based on company response and the piece I did receive. I will update as needed.
I had made my mailbox and post order on 8 December because a school bus knocked down my mailbox.
I placed the order, but never heard back from the company in regards to shipping/arrival date. It had been over 10 business days. I wrote an email to the company, no response. I called 2 days after my email, someone answered, super kind. Provided me two tracking numbers. Once I got off the phone with him and checked my tracking numbers, I noticed that they had JUST submitted my order and I wasn't going to receive them for another 4-5 days. My mailbox had arrived, but my post did not. I waited and waited and decided to call customer service again and the lady on the phone explained that there have been delays and offered me $15.30 dollars back as an inconvenience but said that I would get status on my tracking number within 24 hours. Well, 48 hours have passed and no updates to my tracking on my post, then after waiting for a few more days, I called consumer service and asked for a full refund for my post because they did not keep their word and there still wasn't any updates to my tracking. It was a huge disappointment because no where on their site mentioned that they will be delays, and I do not feel that this company is very honest.
In total, I waited for almost a month for my post before I gave up. Also, my post was $160 but they only refunded me a total of $102.30. At this point I'm not sure if I want to take my losses or call back and have them provide me the full refund of the post since it never left their warehouse.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
I have never received my order. Multiple attempts to track the order with Post and Porch and the shipping company have not yielded any responses or answers. Their telephone mail box is full so no ability to contact them that way. I will have to fight with my credit card company to get a refund. Very disappointed.
