Like a lot of people I’ve been very distracted with what’s going on in the world and completely forgot to get her letter done. The day I remembered I found this site and I’m so happy with the letter. Unlike the previous website I’d been using I was able to edit what/where I wanted. The certificate & seal were amazing additions. And to my absolute surprise it came through the post with time to spare. Great site see you next year!

gorgeously presented, the wax seal was a lovely touch, arrived in plenty of time and love how it was addressed to my son, hes 4 but read his name and was overjoyed to get post, especially from santa. highly recommend and feel this will be a yearly thing we will be doing.

I could write exactly what I wanted in the letter and make it completely personalised to my kids. It also gave me ideas of what to write in case I got stuck.
I got updates on the progress of the letter from the company via email and they let me know when the letter was on its way. It arrived quickly, within days of ordering it and my kids LOVED it, the pictures are super cute on the letter and the handwritten font used makes it look very real. Will definitely be using them again next year to keep the magic alive!!!

I am so impressed with this service. I erroneously included my own address instead of my grandchildren’s when ordering, but used the ‘chat’ to get it amended easily and courteously. Delivery was quick, the quality was excellent and it was great that I could use my own wording or the pre-worded template. My 3 year old granddaughter was so excited when she received the letter from Santa. It arrived quickly and the little detail on the envelope as well as the seal made it so special. The certificate I shall frame for her. Really pleased.

The site was very easy to navigate and to place my order. I personalised and added the additions to make the letter extra special.
