It was probably not an issue with Postpack themselves but more the couriers they use.
Order all items to be delivered net working day delivery and despite ordering as a single order one item arrived on working day two and the other on working day three

Boxes was made to my required request but the delivery time frame is too slow no option for next day delivery just standard does not fit my business requirements

Easy to navigate website, swift ordering, despatch and delivery.

Really happy with my boxes. I found it hard to find ones this size anywhere in different colours and not only did you have the size I needed I could choose the colour of them inside or out.

Excellent customer service, Lewis was very helpful with all my requests. Very happy with the service will be using again.

Sadly I have received very poor service and miscommunication. It’s now been 3 weeks since my order , first to be told they have attempted to deliver twice (no) and then that the consignment was returned due to being damaged in transit and no delivery attempts have been made. I have received no email or curtesy call to let me know this has happened and had to keep enquiring myself. I’m unlikey to repurchase, especially considering I have yet to have any apology or compensation for the extreme delay.

I transferred my custom box production to Postpack as they provided the most competitive quote. I was very impressed with the smoothness of the transfer and
the delivery time and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Good and prompt service. Allowed me to refuse delivery as it was too late to cancel order and refunded my purchase minus shipping costs.

I got a box of specific dimensions. Good product . They could find a more clever way for the customer to find a specific product in their website. Good prices but the delivery charge is a bit high

I am very happy with my purchase of pet carriers, which I shall be using to carry hedgehogs to and from rescue centres. This is a good quality product, sturdy and easy to construct. The site was easy to navigate, communication and delivery were good. Very good value for money.

We used 2 of the boxes on an airplane to the USA and they were both crushed when we received them. I was not overly impressed with the strength of the cardboard but we were under a time constraint at the time and had to use the boxes. We still have 8 boxes left and we will not use them. Also, I made the booking on my mobile phone on December 28th and paid for next day delivery. Apparently there was a notification on the website that they were not open over the holidays but it was not visible on a mobile phone. So we paid a premium for delivery but did not receive the boxes until the afternoon before they needed to be packed. It was very stressful and disappointing.
