Sturdy boxes to make up from flat pack. Useful ‘fragile’ parcel tape. Courier service didn’t deliver first time and returned order to firm but customer service at Postpack sorted it out straight away.,

I only ordered one box as that was all I needed. It didn't turn up within the advised time frame so I dropped the Postpack service department a line. The response from Emma in Sales & Customer Services was very swift and apologetic . Apparently I should have received an email informing me that it was out of stock and would be a few days late being delivered. A couple more exchanges followed with all my emails being responded to very quickly. All organisations suffer from the odd glitch, it's how they deal with them that matters; Postpack have definitely impressed me with their level of service. Oh and the box has now been delivered and I am very happy with that as well!

The box was fantastic, just abit pricey for delivery.

Good service but a little slow with dispatch I needed to email to find out when my order was to be sent but fast customer service response but I feel the dispatch could be quicker and better email of order status, Order packed well and very pleased with the quality of the boxes, if dispatch and email updates had been better I would have given 5 stars.
