A great way to learn about veg growing the kits have all you need with instructions and also a good WhatsApp group and Facebook for questions.

This is a brilliant idea. All the equipment required delivered to your door with excellent instructions. I’ve been a member for 4 months now and had great success. Customer service is also excellent, any queries/ questions responded to and advice given. I would highly recommend!

Amazing company, very supportive throughout your planting journey. If you’re black thumbed like me and tried and failed in the past to grow stuff I’d fully recommend giving these guys a go. It brings me so much joy receiving my box every month with everything I need and handy guides.

Absolutely love this subscription! I’ve always had an interest but not known where to start and I’ve be subscribed since January and I am loving it more and more as time goes on! I’m even trying to start a veg patch at my office now!
Comes with everything you need and really useful step by step guides with lots of access to advice. Great place for a beginner not knowing how to get started with it all!

Customer service response in a day or two in my experience which is amazing for a growing small business and it's set to get even better in the coming months from what I've seen.
Always a few spare seeds in each packet and if you need more they're happy to send them out.
Delivery can vary on what day of the month it comes but that is the same for all subscription services I have so not an issue for me!

It's a very personal service that feels just like you are in a growing gang! All questions are answered in a variety of ways from videos for us all to personal emails. Feedback on improvements constantly sought and of course, best of all I have veg and herbs growing all over the place! Can't wait you try my ch first ever own grown produce.

I can kill a cactus plant, and have done. So when i ordered this I was worried about them. So far I've actually grew things, my strawberries didn't show up, so I got in touch with Sam and they sent me more, now I have the tiniest leaves, and hoping for them to do a bit more in the up coming months, my courgettes are doing brilliantly and so are my tomatoes. I froze the next box as I haven't planted the last lot yet (ran out of room). Planting today after some reporting. Pleased so far, and happy I can pause it when a box just isn't my cup of tea.

I've never been into gardening and usually kill plants. I've improved with decorative pots but the gang have taken me to the next level. Move over Jeremy Clarkson... I am growing food. 🤣
Potgang supply everything including compost. It is simple to pause your subscription. The growing guides are really informative (and cool). I'm finding the whole process fun.

This has involved so much more than I expected. My first seeds included strawberries. Which, it turns out, are difficult to grow from seed. And I have learned so much from persuading them to sprout and grow. And then there are the seeds that germinate quickly and easily - different sort of learning with those. There is something about watching plants grow that is so joyful. Me being part of that process.
I have ADHD. With ADHD there can be a tendency to 'fall off the calendar', lose my connection with a plan. Getting the monthly box from Pot Gang makes it simple for me. I just do what's in front of me. One box at a time. I've had an allotment for 3 years and really struggled as someone new to gardening. I've learned more and achieved more in 4 months with Pot Gang than in the 3 years with my allotment.
And I'm getting used to being patient. Playing the long game as Pot Gang reassure me that the strawberries might not be doing much on the surface because, initially, they're all about growing roots. I know once they get to my allotment they spread like weeds.
I've been brave enough to start using a heat mat I bought years ago. Next, similarly, grow lamps I bought ages ago and never used.
The FaceBook group is great as well.
Next task is putting together some shelving for my window ledges as I'm running out of space.

I saw an advert on Instagram for Pot Gang in December, and decided to give it a go. Four months later I have 3 massive courgette plants, 3 huge tomato plants, chives and spring onions taking over my kitchen while I wait for the last frost so I can put them outside. The Gang at PG are brilliant, with regular updates/videos, and clear, concise instructions with the seeds. My only problem is that in such a short time it’s taken up too much space in my kitchen, which is my sunniest spot in the house, so I have to stop the subscription for a while.

Absolutely excellent customer service. I messed up my order for my son-in-law’s subscription birthday gift and they could not have been more helpful in sorting it out for me. Everything arrived promptly and well packed, I think he is going to enjoy his subscription

I’ve had 4 boxes so far and every seed has grown. I’m not a good gardener so PotGang is helping me to learn as I grow. The instruction cards are great.

I’m really so smug about my newly acquired growing skills, even though I need the easy instructions, all the included kit and the extra tips and hints via mails through out the month. I’m loving being able to watch my stash grow and look forward to every new box. I’ve even gifted a few boxes!

I’ve had a great experience with Pot Gang. The kits arrive well packaged with everything clearly explained, making it easy to grow even if you’re a complete beginner. The instructions are clear and reassuring, and it’s genuinely satisfying to watch everything grow from scratch.
It’s a brilliant way to try growing food at home without needing lots of space or prior knowledge. I also love the variety of plants and the sense that the subscription is well thought‑through rather than rushed.
