Can't Cancel on Website
I don't like that my credit card was charged as soon as I ordered but the order wasn't shipped for 5 days. There was no option on the website to cancel the order, only to reorder.

- Standard Shipping Time: up to 3-7 Business Days
Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Additionally, order processing can take longer due to holidays.
After reviewing your order, we see that the order was placed on November 23rd and was shipped out the next business day, November 27th.

Not sure any humans actually work here
After placing my order, a coworker asked me to make a change to it. I had only placed it hours before, so I did not think it would be an issue. There was no clear way on the website to make an alteration to the order. No big deal, I'll just call them on the phone and explain the situation.... For the rest of the day and the following day I attempted to get in touch with someone who worked there, calling multiple times, but was always kicked to voicemail. I did receive the product quickly, so they at least deserve the one star for that, but zero customer service, will not order from them again.

I ordered a battery for my flashlight…
I ordered a battery for my flashlight and was sent the incorrect battery…I emailed your Company and they will not do a refund…battery was only over 5$. They are saying it was my fault for the incorrect battery ordered…if I return it would cost me more on shipping that the battery itself. This is rediculas on there part.

Everything was fine except for one important issue, shipping options. USPS does not deliver in this region. We use UPS or FedEx for deliveries.
