We use only the most reliable carriers for all other delivery areas. We recognise all of our customers are individual and the needs of an industrial and commercial contractor can differ greatly from the needs of a domestic installer. All returns are FREE using either Royal Mail freepost system (or for larger items, a prepaid courier label)
You can return anything to us for any reason, even if you just didn't like it. Items can be opened but must be resalable.
You can return things to us up to 14 days after delivery.
If you opt for a replacement, one will be sent out as soon as possible.
If you opt for a refund, a full refund including your postage will be issued as soon as possible.

Can someone please help me. My parcel has been delivered elsewhere. I notified DPD immediately who told me i must contact you. You then told us to contact DPD. I have since informed you of their response to speak with yourselves directly and have heard nothing since. Can someone please resolve this for me.

Overall, a good experience.
Good competitive pricing, had the item I needed. Very responsive customer service. Even gave me a discount code for following them on instagram.
There was a small delay with the item, but they messaged me straight away and gave an explanation as to why. I appreciate companies that keep me updated if there is ever a delay.
I will be using them again for my electrical needs.

That being said I have chased WAGO and they said your order is due to arriev to us Wednesday therefore you can expect your order Thursday or Friday worst case.
