Fridge freezer purchase from PowerPoint Wellington
From a visit to the Wellington branch on Saturday, to a visit to measure up on Monday at 10 o'clock and then installation at 12 o'clock, the purchase and fitting of a new integrated fridge freezer was incredibly quick and professional. The installation team raised a shelf to accommodate the new appliance, so that from the outside, the same doors could be used. I'm very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend dealing with the staff at the Wellington branch. Well done and thank you.

Our washing machine was not emptying…
Our washing machine was not emptying water. The engineer turned up as aranged,swiftly solved the issue and charged only a small amount over the call-out fee. I have used this business for many years and have always been happy with their service.

Excellent service on a washing machine repair. Matt was not sure of the issue and thought it might be something within the drum making it not worth repairing, but he persevered and found a loose bolt, which was then tightened and problem solved. So a 2 figure repair cost rather than a3 figure new machine cost. Brilliant!!!!
