Obtaining access for all ARAMCO employees
Honestly, I’m happy with all the materials so far . I experience some issue with a problem, but I figured it out. It’s a written mistake so as enhancement to the system if you can add a section in the bottom to raise a concern question query improvement for any problem for example, if there’s a type of mistake, I can raise for certain page for you to tell you and the problem numbers and section number there is a problem please review and by this you confirm whether it’s a problem or misunderstanding from the other part. Additionally, as a ARAMCO employee, if you can guide me in a way that to ensure our own employee have an access to your website with with the special subscription for employees through our admin area for example, if you can reach us to who is responsible for subscription and have a strong authorization that we can have some official agreement For any employee can access your materials

Great program with some flaws
I really like the program, but after changing my end date, the program did not adjust! I hope to rectify this problem to make sure I am sticking to the correct study plan. I think that there could be additional positive reinforcement when activities are completed and think that the practice problems during readings should be interactive. I am also unclear what equations or text is in the FE handbook or not, despite thinking I understood the black/blue distinctions. Despite all this, I love the study schedule and feel much more confident in my preparation for the exam!

Why would an order be accepted and…
Why would an order be accepted and email notifications sent about order processing if the payment wasn’t taken at the time of purchase? This caused me a canceled order and honestly now I will not be ordering for PPI. Nonsensical to notify the customer of a receipt only to notify them TWO days later that the order never even completed.

There was a week(s) that the site was in service (on times that I am available after work). Skipped review on those days, that impacted my schedule that ended up me moving/rescheduling my exam to the new ncees’ new exam version. Now I have to pay for much expensive review material. Thanks a lot.

Good preparation content, but a buggy website
The overall format of the self guided study is well structured and laid out in a way that is fairly easy to follow. The readings seem to go much more in depth and explore topics that are not necessarily relevant to the exam I am studying for.
The sample problem library is extensive and about as much as one could ask for as far as getting familiar with test level questions goes. I feel as though I am going into exam day about as ready as I could hope to be.
With that said there are issues with the platform. The website is rather buggy and consistently has issues loading pages. The timer in the practice quizzes and exam do not work correctly and the "overtime" indicator for individual problems in the summary is not correct. The practice quizzes also regularly fail to load the reference manual PDF document and math formulas in the problem statements.
Overall I have enjoyed using the platform and trust the preparation I am receiving will be enough to pass the exam, but I wish the website bugs listed above could get cleaned up to improve user experience.
