I was originally planning to represent myself, but as the hearing approached, I became overwhelmed and realised I needed professional help. I had a very great experience all through. The case was a speeding offense that would normally attract either a disqualification or a 6 penalty point. Utterly brilliant service start to end, lucy was succinct and determined, she kept me updated throughout, was very understanding of my issue with not being able to open post. The help i gained reversed 12 penalty points (a ban) in to 3 points and my license returned. The courts proved difficult to deal with and were inefficient to say the least, this didnt stop the team at pragma putting on pressure for me. I cant say enough good about these guys, fanatastic
