Recently I purchased few outfits online from them, unfortunately one of the outfit had a defect. I reached out to the customer service team and was able to easily communicate about the issue. They was very co-operative and helpful in getting the item replaced. My experience with the company has been good. The outfits are of fairly good standard.

Horrible customer service. They send incorrect size then deny taking it back from replacement as well!

The online customer service is pathetic and product fit is the biggest challenge.

If there was a 0 star, I would like to give that rating to them. I have ordered the top and a skirt set. The size is the major issue. When I call them to return it, they say I can't return it as it was under highest discounted products.
Please do not get into the trap of the designs and highest discount with Pratap Sons. Customer care is like parrot and they speak only one thing of not accepting the return.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY

The WORST brand I have come across. The products are low quality or they don’t have them. They just hold your money for months and then make excuses like the product was torn/out of stock. How about updating the website then? You didn’t think it was a problem while letting the transactions happen? The worst return and refund policies are in place and the consumer has to suffer for faults that they make. Pratap Sons won’t even care to tell you that they cancelled an order, if you contact them, they will just give you store credit to order something new and then after a week or 10 days, they suddenly realize they don’t have that product as well. What a disappointment. Brands like these should be taken down.

Recently I ordered few articles . Besides their quality, products, service which always remains excellent their outstanding feature is customer service and customer satisfaction . Being such a big company they will still be there always to resolve any kind of even small issue .
I will always be there loyal customer.

I recently ordered my outfit from here. Kamal was extremely helpful and he made sure that everything was communicated in every step. Right from ordering till my shipping. If I could leave a zero I would. This company will take your money, not send you your order and keep your money. I am still waiting for a refund on the item that I purchased and never received! They lie on their website about the time frame in which you will receive your order and then tell you you will get a refund - which I still have not received.

Ordered light champagne kaftan sharara and the lining for the sharara is too short and you can see your legs. I was told by their customer service that this is the style to have a shorter lining. Total waste of money and they don’t even offer a refund. Be careful when purchasing from them

I've had a good experience at Pratap Sons, they have a wonderful collection recently bought a beautiful saree from them, customer support is truly impressive, they have helped me a lot and assisted me better. Highly recommended.

The clothes are good.....but most fabulous thing about them is their customer service team solving all the problem, being polite to customers and patiently understanding issues and working on it♥️

I got a beautiful green kaftan suit set from pratap sons. And it turned out amazing.
The fit, the fabric, the work was all perfect.

They are totally fradulent.All designs are copied from numerous designers like Lable S4U, Meena Bazar, Riyaasat etc. Don't waste your money..I am looking forward to complain about plagiarism..Please help me in bringing out their true colors

I bought two dresses from the company amounting to 10k. They arrived late and I was out of town and where I live, Kolkata, was under water. I wrote to them that both dresses were small. I had ordered size 44. One was 40 & the other was 42. They kept asking me to send photos of the measurements which I did but they weren't satisfied. It was puja in Kolkata but still I sent pictures taken by my tailor who has measured both garments and I proved they were small. The company stated that the measurements were wrong and incorrectly taken. They do everything to avoid exchanging or refunding your money. They are a company who are in breach of consumer law. So be aware..there are a lot of bad reviews and experiences from customers who used this company and got cheated. I am now contemplating legal action. Think twice this company should be banned from selling anything and I strongly believe that their bad karma will catch up with them soon enough

I love the outfit and the material is very good.
