Order placed in October 2024 and was to be delivered within 40 days. Till January 23rd, 2025 item has not been delivered. No refund no reply from the brand. They are cheats. Buy at own risk.

I recently ordered few dresses with the deal buy 2 get 1 free. One of the free dresses got missed adding to the cart before I paid. I reached out to Pratap and sons and they quickly responded through WhatsApp and Email.
Suman reached out to me on WhatsApp and resolved my issue. She understood my concern and took care of it very satisfyingly by adding the free dress I picked to my order.

Love Pratap & Sons! Gorgeous outfits but icing on the cake is Kamal who saved me.. some issues with outfits that didn’t make it to India … I’d bought from pratap&sons in the US and was coming to Jaipur for a wedding. Got on WhatsApp and kamal Responded immediately. I needed two outfits stat and kamal immediately sent me links, worked with me to find the right outfits measurements that fit my size…. And worked with me in making sure my US payment methods worked in India. He also made sure I’d get my outfits delivered to my hotel in Jaipur the next day! Amazing communication stellar service and gorgeous outfits… thanks so much!!

Unfortunately, I've not had a very good experience with the vendor. It's 5 days since I placed my order and it has not yet left Jaipur, and the customer service responses are not very good either.

The quality is exceptional, and the customer service is fantastic. I had a "made-to-order" set shipped to the US, and Suman helped me with it and made sure it was delivered on time. She was super professional and answered all my questions. I've purchased from them again and am very happy with the experience.

I Bought Pink Ombré draped skirt set from the website for my cousin’s Goa wedding. Initially I was a lil unsure as to how the outfit would turn out and look on me. But then I saw a review of the outfit and felt somewhat confident and ordered it. After I received it I was in for a pleasant surprise. The outfit was same as the picture on the website, beautiful and regal. The work on blouse was classy and I especially loved the added pearls on the blouse waist. I felt like a queen in the outfit. Everybody appreciated my outfit and I have got so my DM’s on my Instagram page asking about details and source of the outfit. I couldn’t have found a better outfit under 10k. Well done Pratap sons. I will surely recommend buying from the website to all my friends and family.

First of all, their website glitches all the time. Their customer service is dismal. The size chart they have is inaccurate. They have a lot of social media marketing but their products do not match the descriptions. I would advice you all to save your money and order from other legitimate sites no matter how tempting the offer! Complete fraud and sub standard products for high prices!!

I recently order festive wear from Pratap Sons Jaipur. The clothes fit perfectly, with sizes that cater to all body types. The staff is very helpful, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. They also did alteration as per my need.Highly recommend for anyone looking for stylish, high-quality clothing! I have ordered an orange dress on 2 nd dec , but not got it yet ! The site or wapp no body is responding. This site is a cheat ! They give you a bluedart tracking number ! That has no current status . This site is fake ! Pls stay away !

Order #5775, was ordered on 23rd Nov and the same day I got a tracking # to say it’s on fedex and it hasn’t left Jaipur since. After sending emails I got a WhatsApp message from Arjun saying one of the dress has stains and to choose another dress from ready to ship. I chose one then he came back to the difference of $42 and when I said I don’t want it and want a refund on one item he tells me it take 35-40 days to make that dress. I then asked for a complete refund and haven’t heard since. Big scam and frauds international customers please stay away.

If I can give no stars I would.
The dress I received smelled terrible like a fish market, I am allergic too so it instantly made me itchy as ever. The color does not match what is shown online. The advertisement of full refund within 3 days of delivery if unsatisfied is false. I tried and I got no real customer service support.
Save your money. Don’t shop with them!! I had to report to my credit card because I fell for their scams.

they are cheater. once u pay and place money they will not deliver your product., even after constant follow up they will jst say that it is in process.. i am waiting for 4 months now.. i was writing complain on insta. they hve blocked me from there.. dont buy .. u money will be wasted ...

Very bad experience with Pratapsons. They sent wrong products with no return or exchange. No customer grievances are being handled by them. Never buy online products from them.
