Great garage

Sold my car to this garage via Motorway and it was such a simple easy process. The garage sent Aaron to collect my car, and he was such a sound guy, very polite and straight to the point. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

First time we have sold a car this way…

First time we have sold a car this way and Aaron made it easy for us. With a friendly professional manner he made everything run smoothly, even guided me through the paperwork easily! No messing with the payment, straightforward and instant. Also, Matthew was equally as competent as he arranged the process for us. Would definitely use this company again.

As someone selling a car for the first time, I wasn't sure what to expect. Aaron guided me through the whole process, put me at ease, and made everything incredibly simple.
The sale went swimmingly, and I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Nothing ‘precise’ about them.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I think this is my first one in fact, but I have no choice with this one.
My Wife recently booked her car in for its MOT here, during which they changed the oil. Only, they didn’t put the oil cap back on afterwards. After 5+ days of driving around the smell of burning oil obviously became very apparent. So my Wife contacted the garage again once she realised the issue. There was no apology for this mistake, only trying to excuse it by saying “it’s only been a couple of days, it’ll be fine”. Whilst the garage cleaned up the engine and redone the oil they offered my Wife a courtesy car. The car had no fuel. So my Wife kindly offered to put fuel in it with the agreement that she’d be reimbursed once she returned the car. When she came to collect her car and drop off the courtesy car repayment wasn’t made but was promised later on once my Wife had provided her bank details. She done so but no payment was made. She contacted the garage asking for payment, no apology, just delay tactics. A few days passed and still no repayment so once again she contacted the garage, only this time she was met with silence. No response to her messages at all. At this point I contacted the garage myself and received an instant reply, highlighting the fact that they were simply ignoring my Wife and hoping she’d go away. I was then myself promised that payment would be made the following day. Of course, it wasn’t. So eventually my Wife had no other choice but to go back into the garage and demand repayment before she’d leave. Even at this point, one of the staff apologised but ‘Paul’ the owner did not, just excuses and a clear lack of interest! Eventually my Wife got her money back but not before she was forced to voice her opinions strongly in front of the staff at the garage. This place is extremely unprofessional, lazy, rude and frankly just not trustworthy at all. Our business will be conducted elsewhere in the future and I’d highly recommend avoiding this garage completely. I fully expect to receive a reply to this review, no doubt making more excuses, although I do wonder if we’ll get an apology from the owner this time? I won’t hold my breath.

We’re sorry to read this and apologise for the frustration caused.

Following the vehicle’s MOT and service, we were contacted to advise that the oil filler cap was missing. The vehicle was returned to us, where we refitted the cap, checked and topped up the oil level as a precaution, and cleaned the engine bay. No further issues were identified at that time.

We also acknowledge that the reimbursement for fuel used in the courtesy vehicle was delayed during the Christmas and New Year period when the office was operating with reduced availability. That said, communication should have been clearer and the refund should have been processed sooner. Once raised in person, the reimbursement was completed immediately.

Throughout this matter, we acted in good faith and made efforts to assist wherever possible, including complimentary items provided as a gesture of goodwill.

We take customer feedback seriously and always aim to handle matters professionally and fairly. We regret that this experience did not leave you with a positive impression.

Jules came and collected our car. She gave it a good check and a test drive. She gave us a friendly professional detailed explanation before she left with the car.
A good experience for us, selling our son's car. Thanks Jules for being so helpful 😊

Do NOT trust this company

Put a holding deposit on a 2015 Mercedes but they sold it - so they welched on the deal!
Offered to find me another but I've lost any trust that I had with them!
AVOID this UNTRUSTWORTHY seller!
In answer to you reply you called me to say you had a buyer and he wouldn’t wait for you to source him one - that you were a small company and needed the money - so please don’t reply with LIES!

Hi Gareth, this review isn't entirely accurate but I understand your frustration. When you left your deposit over a week ago you told us it may take around a month to get the funds together to purchase this vehicle. We told you we couldn't hold the car for that period of time, but agreed on a two week hold.

We called you, only a few days before the two week period was up to ask if you would allow us to sell the car to another potential buyer. We hadn't sold the car, we simply asked the question. We discussed the options of sourcing you another 2015 Mercedes, and at a reduced price so you would still get a great deal on your next car purchase.

You were not happy, cancelled the sale and demanded your money back, so we sent your deposit back right away.

Excellent service

Recently purchased a car from the lads at Precision Auto Group and the say I'm happy is an understatement. The vehicle is immaculate condition, drives brilliantly and has low mileage

Before purchasing the vehicle there were a few blemishes on the paint and alloys, Precision were kind enough to fix these within the cost of the vehicle.

When actually making the purchase it was quick and simple. In my words if your in the market for a decent second vehicle give these guys a shout.

We had a great experience buying a car from Precision Auto Group. Great communication throughout the buying process. They delivered it to my door on a Saturday afternoon. Very happy with the service we received. Would but from them again.
