I have ordered several times and always get great service.
I had a parcel that went missing and it was quickly replaced.
Their Alflorex has helped my IBS greatly.

Order still not delivered. Falsely told I was not in to received delivery when I certainly was. Tracking says 'unexpected error' since the 29th November without updates. Can I cancel order and get refund then buy product elsewhere? Will certainly never use this service again.

Had to put it low because Royal Mail first of all had a delay on delivery and then lied that they had delivered when they hadn't. You also need to get rid of that policy of getting customers to complete paperwork before resending. Brooke in Customer Services was excellent ( hence the second star) but still waiting after more than a week for a delivery promised in 48 hours!

Bit odd to receive two tracked deliveries, one with a sheet of paper in it..?!

I purchased a subscription the week before last, 3 x Alflorax every 3 months. Two days later I was impressed to receive what I believed was my order - but no ‘An empty box with some brown paper packaging & a leaflet to say thanks for ordering & refer a friend’
I had to contact customer service only to be told that ‘subscription orders were treated separately on their system and my Alflorax tabs would be sent in a separate package’ …. Not very‘eco or customer friendly’, unnecessary packaging to send an A5 piece of paper in an otherwise - this could have been sent in an envelope then I wouldn’t have assumed the packager had omitted to put my 3 packs in the box. Payment taken 10 days ago and still waiting for my Alflorax delivery. I have purchased individual packs from Precision Biotics since 2017 & my previous subscription was only cancelled because my payment card was compromised in March 2022 - I’m more than a tad disappointed but having said that Alflorax is the best probiotic that I have taken.

I find the the Alflorex Dual really help me.

We had to try 3 different card to buy this. we know our card still have limits, but for some reason we can't use it in this website.

I have seen improvement after using your probiotics. The delivery was spot on as described.

Feel loads better since taking zenflore. Have told family and friends about your company
