I had recently submitted a review on this company but I would like to amend my comments now as the company has called and made everythig right. I felt that their service and belief in customer satisfaction was excellant. There had been a misunderstanding on the estimate and they fixed that issue without any problems. I would think many other companies would not have done this.

when i posted a one star review, the manager, rodney, contacted me right away. i am not a cheat so i said i would pay for the parts but he needed to pay for the emergency service i had to endure when the other company came out to fix the door. i got a partial refund that i am ok with. as for the gal that answered the phone, i hope she got a good talking to about customer service. i would try precision again as long as rodney is still in charge. on 8-16-26 i had a garage door issue. precision sent a tech out right away at a cost of $1,800 plus tip. today is 8-22-26 and the door is broken. at approx 4:45 pm i contacted precision and was told the soonest someone could get out to see me is 8-23 in the afternoon. i explained that i am in a condo with a detached garage and cannot have my door open all night that i need someone out asap. the gal advised there was nothing she could do. i asked to speak to her manager and she said he left at 4:30 pm for the day. i told her to call him. she said he doesn't accept calls after hours. i explained my situation again - i am a disabled senior citizen and my husband is disabled too - we can not sleep in front of the garage all night and can't have the door open all night as we have my husband's tools and other valuables in the garage. she didn't care. i asked if we could use another company and get reimbursed and she said no it would void the warranty. i asked what warranty the door is broken in 6 days. i told her i was going to dispute the charge on my credit card because i did not get the service i paid for and she advised she was going to contact her credit department as soon as we got off the phone. so i told her that she can get ahold of her credit department but not her manager and i hung up. i am now waiting for another company to come fix my garage door. hopefully, my bank will agree with me as to a dispute. i will never ever ever use or recommend this company! they come up 1st when searching for a garage door company and they advertise on tv frequently saying they offer 24/7 same day service. too funny!!!!

Complete and total ripoff. Stay away! Almost $1900 to replace one spring and some rollers!! A 90 minute job and probably $350 in parts. They inflate the material costs beyond ridiculous.
My credit card company is on it and I'm waiting for my paperwork from the North Carolina Attorney General's office.
Now I'm just trying to protect others.
By the way, once you pay, good luck getting a call back from Precision.
