One star too generous. This is a scam company/fraud!!!! They take your money and have the cheek to send you faulty broken items and then not reply to you any more!
Stay well clear! Disgusting, my daughter saved her Xmas and bday money to buy a laptop and they sent out a broken one and don’t reply to you. They should be ashamed of themselves

I'm not going to give them a star but I can't leave a review otherwise.
Don't buy from these thieves. I bought a Galaxy tab A on Wowcher, sent it back to them, left phone calls and emails and no reply. Wowcher are to blame for working with this company. They are just as difficult to get hold of.

Sent it back for larger screen. I still haven't received one back. They have kept my money.
After loads of emailing to premtech and phone calls...to no avail!!

Took my money an I got nothing!!!
Bought windows tablet for Christmas in November it was faulty so I returned it, they have told me they have sent replacement twice but I haven't received one. It not to much to ask for a working replacement when iv pad them for it. They haven't even offered me a refund. I have disability and use my tablet to be independent so it's been a nightmare without it, they've taken my money n I have no tablet. I can't get any response to emails or messages customer service is non existent the way they've treated me is discussing stay away

missing customer service & non-working laptop
Ordered a laptop. The order was not processed. Rang and emailed a number of times - none of the messages were responded to. The phone was eventually answered after several days. The laptop was promptly received next day, only to find it didn't power up. (It was a Christmas present). Now we are back to ringing and writing and receiving no replies/ not getting through. Things happen but the absence of customer service to fix a problem, is making this a really poor experience.
