We have noted your update. We would like to clarify once again that we have never requested you to compromise your principles. In our previous communication, we explicitly apologized for the frontline agent's inappropriate wording, initiated an immediate internal policy audit, and provided you with two standard resolutions.

As stated prior, our standard store policy does not support full refunds without the items being returned. To resolve this without forcing you to incur shipping fees, we offered a 50% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill while letting you keep all the items. Alternatively, we remain fully prepared to process a standard full refund upon receiving the return.

The resolution has been entirely in your hands. Since we have not received your confirmation on which path you prefer, no transaction could be processed. Our logistics and customer service teams remain available at service@premcurve.com to provide the return shipping address details standard for our fulfillment center whenever you choose to proceed.

To clarify our delivery delay, this particular swimwear collection recently experienced an unexpected surge in demand, leading to temporary stock shortages. Due to these inventory constraints, preparing and dispatching your order took longer than usual, and we sincerely apologize for this delay.

Regarding the fit, our swimsuits feature high-performance, supportive elastic bands designed to provide secure bust support and a sculpting fit once fully on. However, we completely understand how a tight entryway can make putting on a one-piece style frustrating, especially when stepping into it. We appreciate this valuable feedback on the elasticity and will share it directly with our design team to improve our sizing and stretch guidelines.

We also apologize that our return information was not easily accessible to you. Please reach out to our dedicated support team directly at service@premcurve.com or Facebook/Instagram with your order details. We will gladly prioritize your email and provide you with clear return instructions or work out a direct, hassle-free solution for you.
