Coms good, dispatch also. Interestingly tracking and delivery information via eBay as Evri delivered which was properly just as well. At least I was kept informed and accurately.

Easy website to navigate & quick delivery

Great service when I called and spoke to them about my delivery, it would be a good idea to tell customers that they use recycled packaging, which is great by the way. I did not accept my first delivery of my telta awning sides as they were in a waste water box so I sent it back but they delivered again the next day.

Rubbish Service!! ordered a TV over a week ago, chased them twice to see why it hadn't been delivered. Was told it would be delivered by Friday of that week. Still didn't turn up. However, it did turn up on the Monday (not to bad). Then it turned out to be the wrong TV.... Have now cancelled order. Never going back to this company.

RUBBISH SERVICE. Ordered a TV over a week ago. Still not turned up or nofication when it would be delivered. Called customer service, said they would look into it and call me back. Nothing.... still waiting. Very poor customer service. would not even think about using this company again.

Parcel was delivered to my home when no one was there and DPD left it on the front doorstep ( tracking photo shows this )Parcel was taken as it was not there when I got home and none of my neighbours took it.
I phoned Premier camping and Spoke to Michelle that same day 9th of Jan and she told me she would open a case with DPD and it would be a few days until I hear from her. Fast forward a week and I’ve heard nothing . Emailed and rang on the 16th and 17th no answer or reply. Monday the 19th comes along so I call and speak to another lady names Louise who had no knowledge of this . Louise found out Michelle didn’t even action contact DPD , left no notes or didn’t pass the info on and went on the sick.
Louise is now attempting to raise a dispute of Delivery with DPD 12 days after they initially delivered it. Good luck trying to get the driver to remember that one.
I’ve asked for a refund and I was told No , not until they speak with DPD even though the tracking photos shows item left in plain view.

Terrible customer service so I would avoid and shop elsewhere.

I ordered my tent from Premier Camping because they were offering best value from all other stockists and free delivery because it was over a certain amount. The tent was delivered a few days later and appears to be in good condition (I will wait until May to put it up.
