I recently ordered a walking frame form premier on line. The assistant was very friendly and helpful, my order was with me a few days later.. great service.

Kate is lovely, she doesn't put any pressure on you to buy but guides you through everything. I've seen her a few times over the last few years. I didn't buy anything just had a chat because I wasn't quite ready to buy. She helped me to buy the right thing for me.

What a fantastic shop! We had brilliant service from Rachel at the Kings Mill shop, who answered all my questions - even on her day off - and nothing was too much trouble. She also spotted an error on the order and corrected it for me. We purchased both a mobility scooter and an electric adjustable bed with mattresses. I had looked at beds from some other mobility shops before, and they seemed cheap and nasty in comparison. The beds from Premier Community are very good quality and well-finished, so it looks beautiful in our bedroom. Their prices are very competitive and better than most, but with the advantage of being able to go and see things and try them out before buying.
Everything was delivered, assembled for us and demonstrated (all included in the price!) so I didn’t have to worry about instruction books and assembly manuals that never make any sense. Ben and Andy even moved the old bed for me! After-sales service has been excellent and everyone goes above and beyond. They include a month of free insurance with the mobility scooter too, with no obligation to take out a policy if you don’t need it.
A big thank you to Rachel and the rest of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
