I needed a mobility scooter urgently for a friend. I telephoned the Ilkeston store and spoke to Lynne, who could not have been more helpful. She told me what models they had in stock, explained all the specifications of the different scooters, and then she took my payment over the telephone, arranged for a taxi to deliver it to my friends address, and sent us a free scooter bag.
Nothing could have been done to improve the customer service I received, it was absolutely brilliant.

Called into your shop based in King's Mill hospital, served by Kate the manager, who was extremely efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about mobility aids etc, she is an absolute credit to the company. I placed an order for a new Riser/recliner chair, which was delivered within the week by Joe and an engineer (unfortunately I forget his name) who set the chair up for me and demonstrated its full use. Both of them were polite, friendly and efficient. I am delighted with the whole experience, thank you very much.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely patient with me.

We bought a mobility scooter from this company and after using it found that it was not what we wanted (not powerful enough), where I live you have to go up a hill wherever you go. I spoke to a technical person who informed me that the scooter was not powerful enough and was really only suitable for flat ground, he organised a replacement for me of a more powerful scooter, still one like the last one that would fit in the boot of our car. This scooter was delivered this morning, I tried it whilst the person was still here and it ran brilliantly, went up the hill without a problem. The upgraded scooter cost us an additional £150, but we are still well under the maximum budget we had decided on. From my experience with them I would use them again for any mobility items and also highly recommend them to any of my firends who need something.

The engineer's were prompt and quick changing my tyres a vrry good job

As always premier community mobility shop never fails to disappoint me. From the products to the customer service, it’s all great. I can’t recommend this shop enough. I shop for both of my parents often.

All good apart from there wasn’t any masks available so I have to buy my own.

We have been into the Ilkeston shop, my wife explained what she wanted, the young lady showed her the best mobility scooters, that would meet her requirements, gave her the brochures to look at, we went back the following week and ordered the scooter we liked, she rang the delivery driver to give us a date and time for delivery. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them,a refreshing change I must say. Would recommend them very highly.
