This is the second time I’ve used PPL and I’ve had the same issue each time. I’ve felt that I’ve had to consistently chase for answers and updates and at times I’ve had to try to get things completed myself for quickness as there seemed to be delays that could of been avoided.

Second time using and will use again.

These people do this day in day out and they know everything they need to do and are on top of everything.

Much better than slow and expensive local solicitors.

Simple things like getting the contract signed in start up documents (last two places I have bought/sold, the other side didn't do this to the end and it caused delays).

Online portal easy and comprehensive.

Very poor experience with this firm from start to finish.

The process was unnecessarily slow, communication was extremely frustrating, and I often struggled to get through by phone or receive callbacks.

On multiple occasions, simple instructions were not followed, which caused avoidable delays and added stress to what is already a demanding process.

There also seemed to be a general lack of urgency and care when speaking over the phone, which was disappointing.

That said, Nathan and Sophie were the only exceptions, both were helpful and professional when I dealt with them.

Unfortunately, based on my overall experience, I would not recommend this firm.

We have been extremely happy with the service we have received from Imran at Premier Property Lawyers for both a house sale and purchase. He made the entire process feel completely manageable, with great communication throughout. We were kept informed throughout the process and emails were answered promptly and thoroughly. The e-way portal was fantastic and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend their services and we would use them again.

The team are confident and helpful, although we thought they slightly lacked communication at times.
But in general we were happy.

This company is diabolical and disgraceful. They dont have a clue about conveyancing and continuously contradict the advice they provide if and when they do provide any. There communication is disgraceful and literally dont answer questions regardless how many times you ask them. Please everyone save your time and money and go to a professional..... not this company or people

Jade has been most helpful and informative with respect to the conveyancing so far. She has understood the problems we have encountered, and has been able to resolve them. We look forward to working with her until our completion.

Writing this in the hope of getting some kind of assistance because the service we've received so far has been subpar and we're starting to reach last resort territory.
We're eight months in now and there's no end in sight with regard to our purchase.
Our conveyancer Vishnu is perfectly polite whenever we hear from him but communication has been lacking the whole way, I'm sending emails feeling like I'm speaking into the void.
We have til 4th May when our mortgage offer expires and at the moment it seems like it isn't going to happen, they don't seem to have any kind of notion of speed or urgency at all.

I am extremely happy with the sale process I have experienced with Michelle at Premier Property. From instruction to completion it took less than 2 months! I was recommended Michelle by my estate agent at Kings Edmonton for conveyancing, due to her speed and I’m very happy that I went with her. All very easy and smooth, great comms throughout. I was selling my mum's house and this presented lots of potential problems. Throughout the process, which involved a lot of paperwork, I was guided by the prompt, knowledgeable and friendly advice from Brody. I would recommend Premier Property Lawyers.

Communication throughout was outstanding! Even with delays out of our hands they were still able to make the process for me easier with being a first time buyer I would highly recommend them.

We used PPL for our first property purchase and they were very helpful. The e-way platform breaks it all down clearly and makes it obvious what steps you need to take and when, and Nigel was very kind in explaining everything. We were able to easily contact him when I was struggling a bit with the ID check system and he was responsive and prompt. We were recommended PPL by our mortgage advisors and have been very happy with them so far.
