And Charlotte kept me in the loop from order date to delivery, checking in frequently and making sure the handover went without a hitch. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team for helping me get my new car, especially Elliott and Charlotte! Elliott was great from the start - super attentive and sent me loads of options until we found the perfect one (a brilliant deal on a VW Taigo which I absolutely love!) Then I dealt with Charlotte for the delivery side of things and she was just as lovely - really clear, helpful, and kept me updated throughout. Both were so easy to talk to and made the whole process completely stress-free. Couldn’t recommend them more!
