I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. It is now July, and my issues with the blinds still have not been resolved.
From the beginning, I reported several problems, including the large gaps and the operation of the blinds. Two representatives have visited my home, acknowledged that the gaps were unacceptable, and advised that repairs would be arranged. Despite this, months have passed with no resolution.
I have repeatedly had to chase for updates and have been asked to provide further information, even though colleagues have already visited and seen the issues in person. As a customer, this has been frustrating and time-consuming.
I expected much better after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of delays, poor communication, and unresolved problems. I sincerely hope this matter is finally dealt with, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
Awful experience
Awful experience. Extremely bad quality blinds. It is like throwing your money away. When you want to close the blinds it clumps together. The lengths of individual slats in single blind varies and the gaps are different. Total scam. Was pushed into the sale and am so unhappy now. Total waste of money and time

Didn’t hear about premium blinds before so wasn’t even 100% sure it wasn’t a scam but I’m glad to report that this company is super quick and super efficient, my blinds are stunning and they did me a fab deal. I paid a deposit and then paid the balance once my blinds were fitted. I am 100% endorsing this company. Many thanks
No communication
Omg appalling service had a guy come to my home to measure for a quote on the 17/3/26 and I’m still asking and waiting for the quote only to be told they have to get it from the guy who came out . Now I can’t be bothered if it takes this long for a quote you’re how long will it take for them to do the job if I wanted them to do the job .

I am very disappointed with this company after hearing nothing but good things decided to with these for my blinds after the man came yo measure I waited 4 weeks for me to then contact the company to try get a date sorted due to me working full time , I took a day off work for them to fit the blinds and they fitted the wrong ones in my living room which was OK as they said they would come bk within two weeks to sort it out , after 2 weeks I contact them again as I had not heard anything at all for them to arrange a date for fitting so I took another day off to wait in all day until 7pm for them to cancel and say the fitter had to go home as he wasn't feeling well , I then had to rearrange another day off work for them to come again to rectify the situation but they yet again brought the wrong fittings and could not do the blinds , I then rang the company to be told I would have it sorted in a week. Its been over a week now and I still have not heard from them, this is extremely disappointing and not good customer service which is such a shame as the blinds that are correct are lovely .

I had blinds installed by a man named Asif, who claimed to be both the owner of the company and the fitter. He provided a one‑year warranty and even recommended the electric blinds himself. The remote has now become faulty — the transmitter isn’t working — yet they’ve had the audacity to accuse us of breaking it. There isn’t a single mark on the remote, and it’s used at most twice a day. The light still comes on, but it’s no longer communicating with their motor.
Despite the issue being well within the warranty period, they’re refusing to replace it and are demanding payment. It’s no surprise he’s stepped down as director; the whole thing feels like a scam. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards.

Not happy with my blinds bedroom blind does not cover windows the didnot ask if wanted string or wades on patio blinds three let down appointments before they came to measure should of come yesterday to look at blinds they let me down again no safety clips on roller blinds should be by law not happy with the service
Great company
Great company, very professional and reasonably priced. They were courteous and on time from the initial consultation to the final installation. Shan did a fantastic job fitting our Vanetian blinds. I will definitely recommend.
I find Premium blinds uk online
I find Premium blinds uk online. An agent came home and very unprofessional. He can speak an English but purposely talking in punjabi language to confuse us. We were not happy at all. He manipulative us and took an order and 10 minutes later we called he didn't answer, sent a message didn't replied. As it was later in evening so I decided to call in the morning no replied back till 7pm in the evening and said there's no cancellation or refund as order was under process. How ever did turn up to put curtains on 13 days later of the order date but with wrong colour, also curtains weren't fully blackouts. When I called to company they asked me to pay more for fully black out curtains. I'm so stressed and upset with the company and their services. I strongly recommend not to fall in trap with it.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, shoddy fitting and poor measuring. No aftercare don't keep appointments and very unprofessional. Cheap and best Chinese to mind.
Premium blinds
From start to finish the feedback was good and kept us informed the fitter was very nice and great at his job iwould highly recommend them.

Terrible experience with Premium Binds UK, irresponsible, liars and certainly not professional.
Their blinds look the worst I have seen, even when trying to call the guy, ignoring calls.
So many mistakes and shameful as they take no responsibility however trying to fault the others for their rubbish workers!
Would NOT recommend them and NEVER USE AGAIN!
AVOID AS YOU’LL BE DISAPPOINTED. They will ruin your windows and there is no privacy whatsoever.

On three occasions we booked an appointment and the agent never turned up.
Reasons?
It's raining.
The roads are busy.
I told the company one week in advance that he needed to be here and completed for 11:00 as we had appointments in the afternoon.
11:05 he's half an hour away but should be done by 12:00.
Don't bother with them.
The agent never even called to say sorry but he was running late.
Really pleased with the blinds
Really pleased with the blinds. Came out Only took a few minutes to measure 4 windows . Blinds fitted a few days later. At a really good price will use again and again! Customer service. Very good and friendly.

The communication from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. The sales person wasn't pushy he understood our budget and our styles. Its was as easy as 123.

Took weeks to order got given a price of £160 paid a deposit of £60 then when they finally turned up on fitting they said i owe £160 what a joke of a company I was told it was £160 not £220 definitely going else where for my other windows not happy at all and they where rude on the phone and the guys who fitted my blinds

Been waiting now since July. When I was told it will only take 2 weeks. Phone them up for a really rude women to tell me I have to wait for the person to get back to me who I spoke to on line . I ask for my money back as I feel like I'm being messed about with . Oh no they don't give money back . Why I was trying to talking to her she was still typing to. Someone else talk about rude very poor service on there part still waiting on my blinds . Was booking appointment only not to show up got it touch with the company said he was running later as was fitting someone else only to be told he will be here after 9pm told them no not at that time of night . I have lost out on 160 pounds now this is a nasty company who keep lieing take your money and run they are fraud company will never deal with this company again . They take money of you and you get nothing back . Maybe they like talking money of the older people who will not fight back but sorry I'm not 1 of them people. I have now been in touch with my lawyer to try and get my money back so now it's a court case

Fantastic communication. Friendly sales guy. Wasn't pushy on sales. Got exactly what I wanted. Good price. Quick and professional installment of blinds. Used them twice no problems both times. Definitely recommend 👌🏼
