Premium Custom Boxes Avaliações

The team at Premium Custom Boxes is top notch! From communication to production, we couldn't be happier and will be doing business again soon.

I don’t know why someone would award any less than 5 stars - PCB exceeded my expectations. The print color is beautiful and the box construction is exactly what I envisioned. Thank you so much for working with me.

We ordered 1,000 custom cosmetic boxes for our skincare brand and are very satisfied with our experience with Premium Custom Boxes.

The entire process went smoothly, from the initial design stage and revisions to production and delivery. Communication was fast and professional, and Steve Smith managed the project efficiently from start to finish.

We were working with a tight deadline, and the team helped expedite our order at no additional cost, even though rush production is typically a paid service. This was a great help and added significant value to our experience.

The quality of the packaging is excellent. The embossing, foil stamping, and matte finish look professional and give the boxes a premium appearance.

I highly recommend Premium Custom Boxes and will definitely work with them again for future orders.

I truly had the best experience working with Steve Smith. I was in such a bind, needing branded two-colored parchment paper in just 5 days. Steve assured me that he'd get it to me in time when no one else could. And I tried many, many vendors that I already knew. I honestly didn't think he could do it based on my calls with others. Steve texted me throughout the process to let me know when the package would arrive. Down to when the messenger put it in my hands. He was top notch, on top of it and the product itself was perfect... which I didn't even expect. I'd use them a gazillion times over and plan to.

Grant was very responsive and receptive to our requirements. It’s our second time ordering with Premium Custom Boxes and we were very pleased with our custom bags and their customer service!

Did a great job for my project! Great communication along the way! Awesome quality control. Received order in a timely matter and was very high quality professional printing.

This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

They accepted my order, took my payment, and held my money for two full weeks — only to cancel at the last minute and “decide not to move forward.” This cost me time, momentum, and opportunities, and shows they do not honor commitments.

A real business says “no” at the beginning if they can’t deliver — not after confirming and holding a customer’s money for weeks. Their excuse that this was to “protect my time and investment” is insulting. In reality, it wasted both.

If you value your business and deadlines, avoid this company. They cannot be trusted to keep their word.

Very quick service with a high quality product delivered.

Boxes are perfect every time! Printing is exactly what I wanted and out of 10,000 boxes, I didn’t have to throw out any defective boxes. With my previous box company, there would be about 15-20% that were defective. Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and customer service!

Such a Great Company For Packaging I used them for my Frozen Food Boxes. They didn't charge a penny for design and design was really professional
