This is an outstanding watch. It looks great, feels solid on the wrist, and is comfortable enough to wear all day. Everything about it just works, and after spending time with it, it genuinely feels like a watch you can rely on and enjoy wearing every single day.

Cheap crap! Quality is shocking the customer service well there is not any, I messaged every platform they are on and emailed every email I could find I did not get one reply, when you turn the crown the watch inside moves it’s ridiculous, worth about £40 max

Am 22.10 bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten..

Ich habe am 22.10, per Express Lieferung eine Uhr für ein paar Hundert Euro bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Der Support meldete sich am Anfang sporadisch zurück, hat aber bis heute nichts geklärt..

knapp 1 1/2 Monate später habe ich immer noch keine Uhr und keine Rückerstattung. Der Support meldet sich nicht mehr und die Bank stellt sich auch quer..

Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Great watch for the price. It feels solid on the wrist, looks premium, and the chronograph dials work smoothly. Definitely worth it if you want a stylish everyday watch.

I’m really impressed with my purchase, It feels solid and well made, with a nice bit of weight to it. Definitely doesn’t feel cheap like some others I’ve bought before. Delivery was super quick too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, really happy with my purchase and I’m already thinking about getting another one soon!

Promised delivery “within 3-5 days” if living in the UK. I am in the UK, took about 2 weeks to arrive and they claim to be a UK based company. However, the watch came directly from China. They dropship cheap watches directly to you. The overall build quality is also mid. I have another seiko mod from a better company and you can clearly tell the difference, just pay a bit more and get it from someone more reliable like Moddys. Customer service is also poor, they will start ignoring you when you ask questions about the order. Personally wont recommend and wont use premiumhour again, you can get the same watch from China for 10x cheaper. Or even build your own LOL. My watch even came with a defect but obviously when you try to refund they say “all sales are final”. Save your time and money!!
UPDATE: WATCH FELL APART 4 DAYS LATER. LOL

The watch was in like a Week by me and the quality was Crazy high even the juwelier where i make the watch smaller asked me where i buyed this watch.
