Great customer service and great product! They contacted me prior to shipping to inform me of options with astigmatism. I chose to try the spherical only solution with the option to send back the mask and upgrade if needed. No need! The mask enables me to actually see (finally!) under water! Thanks again!

Great service in providing prescription masks. However the ordering process makes the customer panic, as there is no icon to attach a copy of their prescription. The comments block has the customer typing in their prescription. If he/she didn't know to do that, here comes the PANIC, because once the order is accepted, a quick email says they're getting ready to ship it!! Now you're panicking, trying yo attach your prescription to the reply email! Terrible process. Why not just have an attachment icon during the initial order process, to save the customer grief!? I am a return customer, but have went thru the panic ordering process twice now.....

I ordered 4 vests and two of them came with the blow up apparatus broken so that I could inflate them but they wouldn’t stay inflated. The broken part was nowhere to be found in the shipment. Very disappointing. A family member of mine ordered this from you and experienced the same. The vests that arrived intact were great!

Great mask just wish it would have come in a mask box , most masks you buy come in a plastic box for protection these don't

I needed a prescription dive mask and snorkel for a spring trip to the Cayman Islands. I personally wasn't looking for top end gear because it would not have high frequency usage. But I wanted something solid and functional for a reasonable price. The process to submit a prescription was pretty easy on the website. The gear arrived within the specified delivery period. I liked the gear's appearance. It both looked good and performed well during our recent trip.

My son was concerned that he wouldn't be able to see anything when snorkeling on our upcoming vacation. The mask arrived and he said the prescription was perfect! He said it seemed the same as his eyeglasses prescription.

Great experience with this company. I had snorkeled for years but never with corrective vision and never often enough to get a prescription mask. Bit the bullet and got the mask for an upcoming trip. They kept me informed. They let me know that one thing I ordered wasn't needed and refunded me without me even asking. Got the product and it is top quality. I can't wait to get into the water. Can't say enough good stuff about this company.

So far, so good. I have not dove with the mask yet, but I am looking forward to it.

The mask was delivered within 48 hours of order. I took the mask to the Bahamas and it dramatically improved my U/W vision. Very happy. John was great.
