Excellent customer service
Customer service was excellent! My purchase which consisted of a framed picture and signature unfortunately arrived completely shattered. This was no fault of the seller, but due to mistreatment by the shipping company. The seller was extremely responsive and immediately assured me that reimbursement would be requested from the shipping company. I was asked to get a quote from a local framing shop to replace the damaged frame and told,that if reasonable,I would be compensated by the seller.
I did just that, and was immediately credited with the replacement cost.
As I stated earlier, customer service couldn’t have been better.

This was, hands down, the best experience I have had working with an online collectibles house. They had something I have been searching for for years! Excited the my purchase came as quickly as it did and in good condition. My only feedback is do not fold the signed certificate as I planned to frame it with my purchase but it has a crease in it. I’m pleased with my purchase and hope to do business with them again.
