Waste of time
Followed the instructions, received an email which stated “we are humans so please contact for questions, a person quoted Arsh”. Waited a week, no reply. Send another email which was also not replied. A waste of time, will find another company that do deliver (and at least reply to emails).

We checked our records and did not find you as a paying customer.
In some cases, we do not have sufficient bandwidth to serve all pre-sales support queries. However, at the same point of time, we did not hold you to our platform in case you were facing a dearth of time - you could have chosen to explore our very capable competitors in the meantime.
We are a small, bootstrapped business. We apologise for your experience. We had to prioritise our paying customers who are waiting for their deliveries (which we will continue to do).
It is disheartening to see that you've chosen a scathing means to get our attention, when in fact, we were simply unable to respond to a sales query you had (among other things, our entire team lives in a southeast asian region that was recently about to go to war)
We hope for your kind consideration for the removal of this review, as it is not an appropriate reflection of the actual quality of our delivered media lists.
