Very poor quality when arrived
Very poor quality when arrived. Had a line dent in it. When asked to replace it, as it was for a birthday present all they said was send it back for a refund. When people buy they don’t expect to have to send it back. £25 for a plate that has been damaged and they won’t exchange. Not asking for a refund just want what I actually paid for!! Bad customer service

The plate is well made
The plate is well made, but slightly disappointed with the two letter W’s on the plate as i feel the letters are not as crisp as i expected it to be but its not a real issue still pleased..
