I've been working for Prestige Network for some time and can't praise then enough. As an employer - they never let me down and there is nothing I could complain about. Pay rate is not bad, they always pay on time, communication is fine - they respond quickly to the emails, the booking system works well, no issues whatsoever. They do what they promised they'd do as an employer. Compared to other interpreting agencies I have worked for - Prestige Network is excellent.

Prestige Network has been a supporter of our work for a long time. We would not be able to work the way we do without them. A great partner in all things language related.

I work with 3 translation agencies at the moment. Prestige Network is excellent with communication. They answer phone calls promptly, they are polite, helpful and understanding when you have health or family problems and you need to cancel your booking on short notice. The main downside is their rates for interpreting but this is the problem of the whole industry. Prestige Network is doing very well in comparison with some other agencies.

Thank you to Lewis for the quick and speedy responses to booking requests for any enquiries we have had over the past few months. This has been a huge help to us in organising interpreters efficiently for our major events. Thank you!

This is a wonderful company to work with. They have the best reputation in the industry for a reason. Their team is always professional and happy to assist (especially Saba!). You don’t feel like you have a boss checking over your shoulder but a helping hand. Their system is clear and easy to navigate. Pay is far better than other agencies. Personal and efficient.

Their response to grievance is very quick and they always find solutions to most of them. From the booking department to the finance department are all hardworking and tolerant. In fact, I am proud to be part of this company.

I have been working for Prestige as a linguist for over 15 years now. The team is always responsive, polite and professional. Whenever I have any queries, this is delt with swiftly, without me chasing it.
Recently, I registered with another agency and it made me realised how unique customer services at Prestige are! What makes me work for Prestige is their fairness with pay for linguists and how they treat us. This is not the case with other agencies.

We were massively let down by Prestige Networks. We went through them to secure two BSL interpreters for a Hustings focused on disability issues and were given 1 business day notice before our event that you were unable to supply interpreters.

When we spoke on the phone in our initial call, they said that they would absolutely be able to provide interpreters for the event. They also said that if we sent through the payment quickly, that they even had people in house who wanted to interpret. This was obviously not the case.

The lack of BSL interpreters meant that our clients and community members relying on these were let down and unable to access the event, which was even more disappointing as this was a Husting focused on disability issues.

The lack of honest and open communication and last minute cancellation is unacceptable and we would certainly not recommend that anyone use this service.

Communication is clear and staff are super friendly. Payment to interpreters are much higher than other agencies and alway arrives promptly on 23rd of each month
