This company is fair but I wouod say a huge difference in who serves you

My first contact a few weeks ago I did not find the staff very helpful or knowledgeable

Today I spoke to a very nice lady who was very helpful and we made a deal

I would say they are a fair company with offers on the low side for bags
I cannot comment on anything else they buy as it’s my first dealings with them

The whole process was very professional and the price I was offered was very competitive in comparison to other jewellers in the area. They are professional, frank and upfront - about what they can and can’t do or offer. One must also understand, that it is a business that needs to make some margin.
