Excellent customer service on lost…
Excellent customer service on lost package sent to the USA. They offered to send new package at no cost. Fortunately the package was located B4 that was needed (US postal service delivered to a neighbour 🙄). My brother will surely be surprised at his proper title for a Christmas gift.

Not happy with this at all.
Have messaged this company on every platform possible and had NO response whatsoever. Order was supposedly shipped ages ago but have had no tracking!!! Don’t even know how to claim refund on a gift that was so needed!

Your first email unfortunately landed in our spam folder, but your second message, sent outside of working hours, was replied to promptly the very next morning. The same applies to your Instagram message, which was also replied to within 7 hours the following morning.
Our team shared the tracking number with you via email and, despite receiving delivery confirmation from Royal Mail, we offered to send a free replacement entirely out of pocket to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
We always strive to provide excellent service and genuinely hope we’ve done everything possible to assist you. While we understand your disappointment, we feel a 1-star review is extremely harsh given the efforts made to help with an issue outside of our control.

A great gift for the man who has everything
A great gift for the man who has everything. I made an error and they were so great and quick at sorting everything out for me.
Everything was so easy to do on line and there were a few options I could have chosen on how the certificates were received.
I will definitely use this company at Christmas as now my Sons want Lord titles as well!

Scammers
Scammers! If you are interested in getting their digital certificate, then you can go ahead, but don't ever ask them for a printed certificate; they will share a fake tracking number with you, and they will claim it's delivered! Later, they will ask you for more money to reprint! It's such a cheap way to earn money.

Hi Nash, so sorry to hear that you had delivery problems. We use Royal Mail who are a postal company based in the UK. The tracking number they provided was genuine, however we have paused delivery to the Middle East region until we can guarantee fast, smooth delivery for customers.

They provide a fast, effient and very professional service.
They even explain the whole process of how to legally change your name by deed poll. This has to be done 1st. Before you attempt to change your name and title directly with companies and governmental agencies.
So please don't leave bad reviews until you read all the instructions 1st, because it is unfair and untrue.

Do not buy from these scammers, it’s a novelty title, nothing more nothing less, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on, customer services are no help either as they have a pre set response when you tell them you have encountered a problem changing to your so called new title! AVOID.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve reviewed your support ticket, and it appears that the issue you encountered is beyond our direct control.
While thousands of customers have successfully updated various documents with their new title, under English law, there is no legal obligation for specific organisations to record it—although many do so as a courtesy.
It's still absolutely a legal change of title, and we do make it clear on our website that it would be impossible to guarantee every organisation will update their records.

What an absolute pleasure of a company to deal with, all of their information and support is easy to read and follow and the team behind the scenes are excellent. I'm just in the process of getting mine changed by deed poll and the steps seem easy to follow. I'll update here should I find any issues to make you aware of. Great to see a small company take this on, it's usually the bigger ones that come in and leave you on your own.

DVLA would not recognise the title and…
DVLA would not recognise the title and refused to update my Licence. Went through customer services to be fobbed off with some agencies wont recognise the title yet DVLA is quite a big one. which means NO UK resident can update their UK driving licence to reflect the title. This also means some banks will not recognise it either. NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON. Save your money and shop arround as its onll a novelty and there are cjeaper companies out there.

The statement that “no UK resident can update their UK driving licence” is simply untrue. Over the years, many customers (including our own team) have successfully updated their driving licences with their new title. You can find photos of these on our website and social media via customer-shared reviews and comments.
While we do state that organisations have no obligation to make updates, thousands of happy customers have successfully updated various forms of personal documentation, including bank cards.

Deed poll good frame cheap and tacky
Love the the deed poll and the information you get with it and also love the certificate you get . But the only thing that let's them down big time is the frame they send. You can get a better one at poundland by Miles it looks cheap and feels cheap. So if you want to save money don't get the frame package. Get a frame your self so that it looks 100% better than it would if you get there frame.
