Love the pre-glued cluster lashes. Super easy to apply & lasted really well. Delivery was quick. Pleased to say I have found my new lash supplier.

We are really disappointed you chose to put a review as 1 star for a 1 day delay that was out of our hands. We had already communicated with you by email to explain the postal process. Pretty Lashes had processed & posted your order within 2 hours of your purchase which was late on Sunday . Pretty Lashes can not be held responsible for the Royal Mail 24 being 1 day later than expected. We had also refunded your additional cost to you even though the issue was with Royal Mail & not us. Just to explain the process which is on our website explaining the delivery process, you placed an order on Sunday 26th July at 3.12pm which was processed at 3.22pm which automatically sends a conformation email to you confirming this was picked & packed with a further email from Royal Mail physically receiving the parcel from Pretty Lashes within 2 hours of your order. Royal Mail use business days so even though it was dropped off on Sunday by 5pm it would not go into their system until the next business day which would be Monday. This then on the 24hr service should be delivered to you on Tuesday 28th July. This was delivered to you on Wednesday 29th July 1 day later than they to you should have received. When you have put 3 days you don't count the day you posted. I hope this clears this up as we really try hard to meet every ones expectations as we always value our customers support, we hope you now understand this process & remove the 1 start review as this so much to us & the staffs moral

Hi Christine I just wanted to check you have reviewed the correct company? You placed your order on the afternoon of Thursday 5th March, this was processed & posted next day with our free delivery which was by Royal Mail 48 tracked. We had contacted you on Wednesday 11th March to ask if you had your delivery as it did not show as we expected this to arrive within 2-3 business days. You confirmed it hadn’t so we contracted Royal Mail to see what had happened & they confirmed delivery we be on Friday 13th am which they did at 11.05am which was 7 days. We kept in contact with by email over the last 2 days to make sure you had your product delivered. Although it says it’s tracked 48 they do say it can take up to 10 days which doesn’t usually happen. The delivery was out of our hands & we did try everything by contacting you first to make sure you received your goods as we said if it did not get delivered we would send out a new set whilst we checked with the courier.
I love the idea of these lashes BUT
I love the idea of these lashes, however they did not stick. I tried again the following day and most of the sticky substance came off when I removed it from the holder. I was using an alternative well known lash brand before, and I will definitely be returning to them as a customer. The quality of Pretty Lashes products is lacking.

Dear collect plus we have been unable to find you in our system to enable us to resolve your issue. Therefore we cannot see which product you have had from us that may have been defective. If you could contact us directly either by phone or email through our website I am sure we can resolve any issue that you have had with our lashes

Hi Cathrine we are really sorry you have not received your lashes & we can see that Evri has the parcel & for some reason has not delivered. We will send a replacement today for next day delivery whilst we try to find out what happend. You should also have a tracking number emailed to you when the parcel was picked up by Evri which will also be delivered soon. If you need any further help just call or email from our website

They were stuck to the box so securely that lashes came off while trying to get them out.
Some of them wouldn't stick to lashes..the ones that did came off after an hour despite proper prep of lashes (clean, dry, free from products and curled)
**Edit** pretty lashes sent a new set free of charge and rectified this immediately. Lashes are lovely and so easy to apply. Thank you Pretty Lashes

The eyelashes didn't stick well
The eyelashes didn't stick well, they fell off and didn't last even 10 minutes. I was disappointed because I bought the set especially for the party and I didn't have the opportunity to go and buy other ones.
