Terrible service
Terrible service. I wish I could give a zero star.
My last order wasn’t refunded correctly. I only received 50% of what I returned and had to chase for the remaining.
My most recent order I noticed (after I’d paid!) they sneakily pre tick the option for their ‘Seel’ protection. It wasn’t there during checkout, before delivery options, then appeared when pressed pay. Their customer service is pretty non existent, talking to a BOT. When you finally get through to an actual person, they say it’s non refundable. Out of principle I’m doing a charge back with my bank. They’re making a killing doing this to every order!!!!
Incompetent customer service and scam company
Why isn’t there an option to leave zero stars? PLT only sent half of my order, I have been chasing them for a refund for eight weeks now. I’ve sent them over 170 forms of communication via email and all their social media platforms. I either get ignored or their incompetent customer service team completely ignore the issue/say they don’t understand the problem or get me to explain the issue again when I’ve clearly stated it numerous times. The company is basically a scam and I have reported them to trading standards. They have £600 of my money which they aren’t giving back.

The courier said he delivered my parcel but took it back my camera shows him taking the parcel back to the car so why lie
Product information is incorrect
Product information is incorrect. A jumpsuit online claiming to be 100% cotton is in fact labelled as 90% polyester and 10% elastine. No accountability for this misinformation when speaking to customer service. Like talking to a malfunctioning robot with the same copy and paste response. Not personalised, shocking service. Very very disappointing after being a loyal customer for so many years
PLT delivered already-worn clothes yet again
I only have given one star so I could leave the review. I have made 3 orders in the last month and every time the item has been delivered worn with makeup, etc.
Why doesn't PLT check the returned clothes? This is a joke and to add insult to injury you have to communicate with an AI not. Fix up PLT.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Never again am I ordering from here. The clothes are no way UK sizes, but the customer service is the most shocking. You can only seem to speak to at AI service, and when I request a customer service representative, it takes ages for anyone to respond.
I returned three items, and they only refunded one item! Finally got through to their customer service who said only one item was returned. Absolutely awful service.
I am now sending them all the proof that three items were returned, but they will not refund as they don't have the returned items in their warehouse.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Jestem rozczarowana ta firma jak i Klarna. Pobrali mi £ 9 po zwrocie towaru oddali £0,07 . Twierdząc ze nie są mi nic dłużni. Nikt nic nie wie i nud ma żadnych ukrytych opłat. Pytanie gdzie jest reszta ? Co się stało z reszta moich pieniędzy ? To nie jest duża kwota ale gdybym wiedziała ze oddacie mi £0,07 to zatrzymałabym towar i sprzedała za dużo więcej niż 0,07. Złodzieje nie polecam
Fraud never delivered! And wont help!!
I used to love plt but recently they didn’t help me with an order that apparently was delivered which it clearly wasn’t as I was home as before I reported a missing parcel to be boohoo as the company delivered it to the wrong house and the street it was later returned to me so I didn’t take it any further but plt are using that as an excuse for not helping me! I’m reporting them to the bank for fraud

Used to use PLT a lot but it’s really gone down hill. Paid for royalty delivery for 12 months (for 2 years) nearly every delivery was over 5 days late rendering it useless. After length chats with an automated system I was advised paying for next day delivery doesn’t confirm next day delivery. Really poor customer service

If I could give a minus star I would. I will never order from Pretty Little Thing or Boohoo. Worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 sandals for my daughter size 9. She was sent size 7. It took over 2 weeks to return. Several different bits and several different agents. Finally able to return and then I get charged $10 for a return that was completely the fault of PLT. Google them it states exactly what to do about there return process. Go to X and tell them to have a real person reach out to you. Call the BBB they respond to them also. So Google knows they way Pretty Little Thing does business. So sad. Keep your money and don’t waste your time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Royalty delivery a joke
Paid for Royalty delivery which stipulates on their website as next day. Order was processed 3 days later, which means it doesn’t arrive when I need it. Customer support state they can’t refund despite the fact I have been miss sold the service. Tacky website and customer services. Going to return all items and get a refund. Never again

I've never known anything like it, from customer service, lack of communication to not receiving my order (after paying £9.99 for Royalty) it is not royal at all!
I've still not received my items and the people who reply to email or socials are useless! Not helping at all and refusing to refund my £9.99 after advising they have currently paused Next day delivery service.

I used to love pretty little thing. However over the last 3 months , I have had nothing but trouble regarding missing orders, missing refunds , incorrect refund processes , items not being delivered on time or even at all. The royalty option for customers is also completely irrelevant as you pay for fast shipping and it is not fast or doesnt even arrive. They are clearly in trouble, I recommend not to order from them

I’ve received the wrong order
I’ve received the wrong order. I spent days going back and forth with the stupid AI bot over iMessage. Wasn’t able to speak to a real human. When I did get a human response, it’s like they don’t read the context of the conversation so days were wasted re-explaining. I was told to send the item back via a link which was never provided. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I sent the parcel back and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve been told the parcel was definitely delivered to my address. I didn’t say it hadn’t been delivered, it was the wrong order.
They’re trying to cut corners by not using human agents but I can promise I’ll never shop there again. Absolutely abysmal customer service. It’s been over a month and this isn’t resolved

I paid for next day delivery. It has been a week and I haven't received my order yet. There has been no communication and and I cannot find any way to contact them to speak to somebody.

THIEVES AND LIARS
Just been reading reviews and find out there are hundreds of people in the same position as me. I’ve been trying to get a refund of around £70 for about 4 weeks now. Absolutely horrendous. I have advised them of their breach of contract and will be doing a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. UPDATE. I was issued part of my refund in a gift card and they are now replying to me in Spanish!

I know this review won’t change anything for a well established rubbish brand, but I hope people will read it before placing any orders. Right and the end, before paying, they add an extra fee, which is called ‘delivery support’ but then on the actual invoice is called ‘sales tax’. That’s on top of the delivery that we pay. So what on earth is that now? For an item that costs £10 I ended up paying around £7 more???? WTH
