Awful! my order arrived melted and destroyed. Tried calling them and they list a bogus phone number. Tried emailing and no response. Don't order from this company!

My family and I love to order the Gems and chocolate covered pretzels. I mainly purchase the bundles that is how how much my family loves them as well as their sister companies.

Ordering was easy, price was great and it came very fast. I already ate one whole container. I love the butter cinnamon sugar twists. I do have one request though. Have you ever thought of making any of your products without salt? I’m on a salt free diet and it’s really getting hard to get salt free products. You have sugar free and gluten free, so salt free would be great. It’s something to consider.

Have been ordering from your company for over a year . Love the cinnamon and sour cream and onion. My favorites also, ordered two of your chocolate packs. One for my household and the other one for my son.

I recently tried your soft pretzels and I am hooked!! I messed up on my last order and got it straightened out quickly and easily. I will be ordering from you from now on.

The pretzels are good. The one suggestion is there should be more than one pack of salt. I only make two pretzels at a time and once I open the one package of salt it is not easy to deal with for when I make the next two.

Wish your site allowed more flexibility in selecting what I want. I only wanted pretzels, but the selections only had one package that was pretzels only and they are the smaller ones. I wanted the larger pretzels.

The Pretzels came in a timely manner and are every bit as good as advertised. I think we will be repeat customers.

I love the pretzels. But I would love to be able to choose just what pretzels I want. Don't like that I have to buy some I may not like. This is especially true in the chocolate pretzel balls. Let me pick. But I do love the pretzel boxes of the small one. Love them.

When I place my last order I told the shipping time would be a few days and I was OK with that. However to my surprise they arrived the very next day! My pretzels always arrived in perfect condition and the taste is outstanding
