Outstanding service at a difficult time
Outstanding service. Our flights were cancelled because of the health emergency and we got flights two days later. We emailed the taxi company from New Zealand and they immediately agreed to collect us at the new time. They came as promised, on time, and got us back home at a time when some operators had decided to stop providing any service. I would certainly use them again.

Service was great driver was waiting but no car seat
Service was great driver was waiting for me in the terminal and everything was fine only he didn’t have a car seat which was problematic with my child but apparently it is not a requirement on taxis...
We made it in one piece and all is good.

Heathrow T3 arrivals pick-up
Driver sent text asking me to confirm when we had landed. Kept in touch by text with updates on arrival time & told us exactly where to meet him. Courteous, helpful with luggage. Happy to drop fellow passenger off at alternative nearby home address too. Well worth the money for convenience of a restful & stress free 80 mile drive home.

Be very wary of using this company
Be very wary of using this company. I booked a car to pick my wife and I up to go to Heathrow. Paid for it. Then they called to say I would need a bigger car and I had to pay 30£ more. So I asked to cancel and they wouldn’t refund. Just beware.

Resposta da Prima Drive
Dear Customer,Its a disappointing review, you have booked a saloon car and you have 2 large and 2 small suitcases. Which saloon car can fit this amount of luggage? and you did not cancel it yet, booking is still with us so kindly cancel. We dont want to provide services to customers who lack common sense
