Excellent customer service
I had forgotten to cancel my order so when I saw I was getting a new delivery I wrote asking if it could be stopped and the money refunded. I got a very prompt and polite reply and the firm was able to do this for me.
I only cancelled as I find it too expensive on my small pension
I was extremely impressed by the very good service

SCAM- beware of ordering from this company
I place my order on June 30 and I still have not received it. I have contacted the company numerous times and they will not refund my money-their site says expect delivery in 3-6 Business days. No where on their ad states product is coming from another country—I would not have ordered it had I known that. I am not giving up on my return
Update- the company actually did refund my purchase price. I am not sure if they were just overwhelmed by the number of orders they possibly received or what but even though it took them 5+ weeks, I did get my refund as promised- I would have to give customer service another star because in the end I did get my money back as they said I would

Our support team responded to your email and explained that this order was generated from the active subscription linked to your initial purchase.
While the order could no longer be canceled immediately because it had already been processed for shipment, we contacted our internal team to see whether it could still be stopped and refunded.
We also provided instructions on how to access, manage, and cancel your subscription to prevent any future recurring orders.
As communicated in our email, we're currently awaiting an update from our internal team regarding the shipment and will keep you informed as soon as we receive it.
We're committed to helping resolve this for you.
