These people are so kind and so preocupied with the results of their clients. I tested their products and i wanted a stronger perfume for the deodorant because i just prefer strong aromas. They reformulated the deodorant to be exactly as i wanted. They offer me precisely what i need and i don’t need to go test a million products out there. So yes, i’ll be ordering even further on.

Made the AI consultation online and got the custom-made products for my skin type. I was really happy with their smell and texture. Honestly i have never found a cream with a more lightweight texture anywhere. Those guys did such a good job. Thankful i found Primal ;)

I am using 5 products- face wash and moisturizer, shampoo, body scrub and deodorant.

I like all of them. They feel and smell great. All natural ingredients and adjusted for my personal skin and hair. And you can choose between different smells.

And they have fast, helpful and friendly support too.

Wish they had a bigger facewash bottle and a would produce a body wash too.

Downside so far for me is the ordering. They have 1, 2 or 3month intervalls and the different size of the products makes me run out of wash but have more than enough shampoo left when they send new ones.

I tried 3 of their products: moisturizer, deodorant and the eye product. The moisturizer was on spot, not greasy, did not leave any oily feeling but left the skin soft. The deodorant is so amazing, i stay a full day without reaplying and it has a very nice smell. And the eye product, i keep it in the fridge and apply it in the morning, it’s perfect on my swollen eyes.
But what i love the most about them is their customer service. It is indeed premium and they really care about their customers!

I signed up through Kickstarter. Was very skeptic at first until my products arrived. Completely satisfied with both products and service. When I have a question and send them a email, they quickly respond. They display they value you and simply not your money.

I supported them on Kickstarter and they answered all my questions and were super nice to explain everything to me about their products and skincare in general. I sent them a photo for an even more exact match of my skin and hair problems. Can’t wait to get my products! I ll come back here to review them once i try them.

I took the kickstarter membership and i am really happy with their customer service until now
