Primeland Cowhides USA Avaliações

Worst company to order from, do not waste your money. Some of the photos are fake and they will send you a complete opposite of what you select. The hides come with bald spots and are still dirty. Not only do I have all the screenshots but I also reported them to the BBB. I did not have it for a month. I emailed you all right after I received it and have the ETSY conversation to prove it too. DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM. Already disputed through my bank.

Shipping was quick and appreciated! I did send an email asking a question about he product I wanted to purchase and never heard back. I took a chance on it and was happy that it worked out.

I waited over a year before making this comment so that my anger would lessen. I bought my rug at the end of October 2022 following a recommendation from a friend. I wanted a lightgrey color and the customer service was great, very responsive to my requests until the rug was sent. After a month, black spots appeared and I contacted them with supporting photos because I was very surprised. No one responded to me until I opened a dispute through Paypal. And there, an ocean of bad faith (it's because you sit on the carpet...), an offer of $50 compensation for a $500 carpet, a clear refusal to exchange my carpet for the model similar to that of my friend (long hair) because the transport was too expensive. In short, poor quality, no after-sales service and hairs all over the house. Too bad we can no longer post photos to show you the carnage...

Really pleased with the ability to purchase the exact cowhide that was photographed. Shipping was fast!

The cow hide came extremely quick and was everything I had hoped for!

Well priced. Great quality and it came in no time. Experience exceeded expectations.

The hide was beautiful, very large and delivered very quickly. It looks great in the room it was purchased for

Absolutely beautiful cowhide and it looks fabulous on my wall. Super fast shipping and excellent quality hide. Thankyou!

I had a fantastic experience with them. Sadly the rug I ordered got lost in inventory, but they offered to send me another rug or a refund. Sadly I couldn’t find another rug that I liked at the moment but they refunded me very quickly. Will definitely keep an eye on the stock to find my dream rug one day soon and order it!

Will definitely order again!!!!! June 2023

Great quality product! Looks just like the picture, beautiful rug, quality and color. Shipping was super fast! Very happy with my purchase!

Perfect! Beautiful and cowhide on both sides. Unbelievably fast delivery!

My rug arrived in a couple days. It is SO big (9’ 8” x 8’ 3”)and SO beautiful. Bought it for a large game room downstairs and it fits great. I have three large dogs (120+ lbs.) and as soon as I laid it down, all three grabbed a chew toy and cozied up on the rug with plenty of room to spare. My rug has longer (2”) of soft, silky hair. It feels so nice on your bare feet I am still tempted to use it as a cover for my couch.
