I first got introduced to the firm through a rather organized onboarding process and everything was quite organized and credible, starting with account creation and ending with a nice presentation of information on the dashboard, along with quick responses of the support team and the feeling of transparency due to the regular updating of information and activities done on the platform; the first problem occurred when I requested a withdrawal, which was instantly acknowledged and stated as being processed in accordance with the regular procedure, however, after a short period of time, I was told that additional verification is needed before my funds could be withdrawn, which would include not only the verification of my identity beyond the onboarding verification, but also some kind of compliance check in accordance with internal policy, and I followed all instructions waiting for a regular solution; after sending the necessary documents, I was informed that the payment of some processing/clearance fee is needed for further processing. This is why I decided to pay for it in order to avoid any delay, but soon enough another condition was added to the list in terms of a risk management review which required more information regarding the source of funds and the transaction history, and after each time I managed to complete a request, another one came my way, always as the last requirement for the payment to be processed; as this procedure went on, communication started getting slower and more vague, with all the answers I got referring to compliance policies, audits and verification procedures instead of giving any information about the actual time frames and outcome of this process, because even though I was assured that things were progressing, I never actually knew when the end of the procedure would come, I reached out to a recovery agency named QuickRicoTech, which assessed my case, prepared all the documents needed, and communicated via proper communication lines about my case until the communication became more focused on resolving my problem than putting forward more conditions, and my problem was eventually resolved by QuicKriCOteCH getting me back my money; and reflecting upon the whole incident, it began with an initial feel of legitimacy but ended up being a lengthy procedure of withdrawing with constant delays and more fees, and thus, based on the above experience, I would like to caution others that when an online platform keeps introducing more conditions after the withdrawal process has been initiated.

I passed a 3 phase challenge however the company just cut all communications and radio silence from their mods in their discord. The ran off with customer funds it seems.

I grinded through Phase 1 and nailed Phase 2 on [date you passed], hitting all targets without issues. Then, bam—a trade got "stuck" in their glitchy platform (froze mid-execution, wouldn't close). No warning, no fix from support, and suddenly I'm DQ'd for a "rule violation" they blamed on me. Days of emails ignored, generic bot replies only after I threatened a chargeback.

This isn't trading; it's a fee farm. They collect challenge money, sabotage with tech fails, and ghost you. Avoid Prime Point Trader like the plague—stick to vetted firms like FTMO. Lost [amount] bucks and weeks of work. 1/5 stars, pure garbage.
